The eSIM I received a few weeks ago has stopped working in my iPhone SE. I can’t make or receive calls on it. I pay monthly for this service and it just doesn’t work. Is there a customer service person I can ring to help? 

I have a ID Mobile Sim and PAYG account on my Pixel phone. It currently has nearly £20 in credit. I can send and receive text messages fine  I can get notifications and browse the internet at a decent speed.  I can receive phone calls from my landline and my other mobile phone Yet, when I try to call out to another mobile phone or my landline, everytime I immediately get:- 'You Are Currently Unable To Make Calls, As You Are Out Of Calling Credit'  Searched around, but can’t find anything. Any advice would be appreciated?

New to ID..  ESIM didn’t work.  Got posted a physical sim.  This doesn’t work. ID say my phone is locked.  My phone says it is not.  Getting NOWHERE with ID on the chat.  Was with 02 and never had any problems before. Any suggestions? 

Hi I’m after a Pac code they keep telling me they have emailed me this code and tell me it will take 30 minutes for the email to arrive. I’ve been waiting and still no email four days and phoned up many a time. With the same scenario happening each time, I have called and emailed numerous times. Don’t know what to do anymore can anyone help me? Maybe I can get an employee that knows what to do much appreciated Hillary?

What can I do if I've had my phone for 11 months now and I just think it's terrible. I record videos in very loud environments (stage) and the quality is appalling. 😭Can I upgrade a year early??? 

I have no idea what is going on. I bought a SIM only deal via Carphone Warehouse and the only reason I did was I was to get a £75 Currys voucher. I've heard nothing. I also never received any emails about my contract, introduction emails etc like you'd normally do when ordering a new SIM contract.  Only a text from CPW stating SIM is on it way. I rang and they said they can't see one? I'm confused, upset and angry I need to find out what's going on where is my Gift card. The advisor tried to send me the emails you should get automatically upon purchasing a contract as I didn't receive anything and they never arrived, I checked every nook and ctannie, spam, etc. I'm confused and I don't know what to do because I've been misold then and I've been with you guys since Dec, Jan bill is due on 4th and I've cancelled DD and will pay with card once I know and have those emails too please and that my Gift card has been sent?

Hi.How do I move my number from id to id. I didn't update, because I got a cheaper contract with you trough someone else. Which is strange. Been with you over 2 years and you cant offer me cheaper update than a 3rd party  but what ever. I tried pac, it didn't work I added my new contract to this account.  Ps.  Why do I need to create a new account for id community? I have account and I have and app, and i still have to create another account to get in touch with you.Thanks

I have hit the early upgrade date, but the upgrade deals aren't good. I have 2 months left of my 24 months, can I cancel and pay this off, then start a new ID contract that suits. I would also like yo keep my existing number.

Me and my wife recently brough 2 contracts from ID. one for an Iphone 16 and one for an Iphone 17. Today we received both phones. I found it odd that both orders where wrong even though they where separate. The phone looked fake straight out of the box. It seemed off. When I turned them both on and searched the files I discovered that the Iphones where androids and not real! They have fake software installed etc. Fake functions the lot!  Do not trust ID at all! In 2 minds on weather the police can do anything about it!

I am upgrading my phone, is it the simple case of just putting my sim in that new phone?? Or do I need to do anything 

Today my SIM switch has been completed, however my phone is still not connecting properly to the network.I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:- Restarted my phone multiple times (2–3 times)- Tried selecting the network manually- The network connects for only 5–10 seconds and then disconnects automatically.Phone details:Device: ASUS ROG Phone 3Additional information:The same SIM works perfectly in an iPhone 13Other SIM cards (VOXI and Vodafone) work fine in my ASUS ROG Phone 3This confirms that the issue seems to be related specifically to this SIM on my device.Please investigate and advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.Thank you for your support.
