I cannot receive any text messages from my phone. I can make calls and send texts but I can’t receive them. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off, switching on aeroplane mode and tried to ask the chat bot but didn’t get far. How can I sort this? 

I have an iPhone 12 mini and recently when I ring  voicemail the menu option to hear messages is not given. I know I have messages but can’t get to them! I’ve tried online support twice - told to reset network each time but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

Later, I switched to a different phone number but forgot to update the number associated with the Google account.Earlier this year, I remembered the account and attempted to access it, but I was prompted to enter a verification code that is sent to the old phone number. I wasn’t sure whether recovery would be possible, but I read that disconnected phone numbers are typically recycled and reassigned to new users.I tried calling the number several times, but the calls were immediately cut off and did not ring, which suggests that the number may not have been reassigned yet. I am currently under hospital care for cancer after care and oncology and I keep missing calls from the hospitals 0300 numbers as the phone does ring but shortly appears as a missed call.My phone is a Google Pixel 7a.  Any help would be appreciated.

I received my £50 gift card from ID in May. I tried to use it in August but without success. We then started the long journey of communicating with Curry’s (and I wish I hadn’t because I gave wasted so much time). Despite lots of promises of it being sorted in 24hrs, 48hrs etc etc, I ended up writing a letter of complaint and still no response. It has come to my attention very recently that this is an ongoing issue with the gift cards that ID mobile has given customers and before I complete a formal complaint to ID, I thought I’d communicate with the online community to see if there was anything else that can be done? Any suggestions?

I understand that one must top up their PAYG account every 120 days even iff you haven’t used up your credit, so I added £5 and it seemed to fix the problem, but than after a few days it started again, saying I have “no credit available” even though my balance is more than £11. Also, the problem is intermittent. My phone will work one minute, and then not work the next minute. I did some research on this problem with ChatGPT, and it indicated that the problem has to do with the fact that I’m using a pre-2021 SIM card which cannot reliably register for VoLTE, even though my phone supports VoLTE. Topping up briefly kick-started my phone, but it never sticks. Older PAYG SIMs were never fully compatiible with the new VoLTE porvisioning system, expecially on iPhones (mine is an iPhone 11, and I signed up with iD in Aug 2020). Help. I have just transferred a phone number from O2 using a Stac number by mistake  and as a result I have lost my old number. I am now with ID.  How can I recover my old number? 

Last night at 22:00 I got a phone call from a private number. I though weird in a Sunday night so didn't answer. 20 minutes later I got 4 more calls. Which I also didn't answer. All show as private or unknown number. Can I find out what numbers were calling me? I'm carrier logs ??

I have sent through my PAC in early December to switch tomorrow, but I have not recieved any communication from ID mobile confirming this switch or anything, is there anyway of checking? 

I’m thinking to switch to ID Mobiles but the coverage on the ID Mobile based on 3Three network is quite bad in my area. In theory after the merger of Vodafone and Three in case of Three poor network it should be switched to Vodafone but the question is if that function is already enabled in Edinburgh, specially south side? thanks in advance for any info.

I have to leave id mobile but can’t because for 3 months now, and despite making time to spend precious time troubleshooting the problem, I still get no data or network service so can’t make calls, can’t receive calls, can’t send text messages and can’t get none.  This also means I can’t get a PAC, so I can’t leave id mobile, and I ain’t gonna pay another month for data and a network service I ain’t been getting.  I raised an complaint and they said to go to the store and get PAC, the store say get it from id mobile.  How do I get a PAC to leave id mobile if I can’t get and send texts and make or get calls?  

Hello, I am currently on a Samsung A17 and in 2 years i am due to upgrade i am looking to get the IPhone 17 pro max in 2 years My current plan is around £20.00 PM when i go to upgrade from a low tier to high tier phone... would the upgrade system allow me to get the latest high tier phone without any issues? Or would i be stuck with a low tier phone again? Please let me know if i could upgrade to a high yier phone in 2 years or if i would be stuck with another low tier phone? I really dont want to be stuck with another basic phone in 2 years!

Hello i am due to uograde in 2 years i am currently on a samsung a17… my current price plan is around £20.00 PM I Would like to get a high tier iphone in 2 years for example 17 pro max… Would i be able to upgrade to a newer high tier phone? Hi everyone I need some help. I’m new to this forum. over the last 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to make calls and receive calls. When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same.  we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro any help would be great

On signing up online, I requested a port in to be activated on 24/12.   I have checked since and it is confirmed on my contract information,   Needless to say the port in did not happen.    I have switched everything off and on, but no!    Where do I go from here?
