ID offers a real good service even though everything being online. But should they jump from Three network which is struggling to keep up with other networks and jump ship ?

Hi!I recently got a new phone & went through the whole PAC thing to transfer. On my Id account it shows me as now having my old number so I figured all good.Now I had lt his confirmation about a week ago. But I've just texted my partner, likely first time now on new phone, and it says the other number they have me before it transferred to my old number.Why? My ID account says I have my old number so why is the text coming from somewhere else? 

I recently upgraded my phone with ID however on receipt through DPD the box has been sent and the new phone and SIM card are all missing, the delivery bag wasn’t tampered with but the box had one tab ripped off. I contacted customer service who said that once the investigation is over I can cancel my upgrade/contract with ID and go to another network as this service has been appalling. I am wanting to get a new contract with a new network, I’ve been assured by customer service I’ll be able to cancel regardless of outcome and the new phone/sim have been blocked. Sadly because of the service ID have given I have very little trust and want to make sure if I go get a new phone ID can’t then make me pay for the new contract, I have kept the transcript of the chat and now am waiting for the investigation! Poor poor service

I recently transferred my mobile number from O2 to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. Since I changed my sim to a new phone it has not connected to the Transport For London website (TFL).  I have tried it in a different phone with the same result but when I tried another provider's sim it worked fine. Therefore it seems the issue seems to be with ID's sim.

I have been disconnected through falling on hard times and not being able to pay is they anyway I can pay a certain amount and get back to direct debit and reconnected

Is this normal for upgrades,ID want £90 more for the phone and £5 a month more than if on a new contract. Do they really not care about customers? I know I could leave elsewhere and come back to get that deal,but why should we have too?I don’t get why I pay over £200 more in total than a new customer.If anyone from ID actually sees this I think I’m going to take all 4 of my accounts elsewhere purely on principle when they each run out. Do better for your customers ID
