I've been having problems with my ID Mobile data connection and ability to make phone calls for the past 7 days. I've been on the network since February 2025 and the connection was great but now unable to read to load an article or do anything. I have tried switching phone off and on but makes no difference and need the connection as have young kids so need to be contactable at all times. There are others in the area that have the same issue. When will the issue be resolved and when can I be compensated or can I be excused from the 24 month contract as need network connection and the ability to have phone calls. How do I speak to someone at ID Mobile to resolve this issue.

Hello, i switched to ID mobile a month ago and have had many issues regarding my Sim card. Now, I am not able to get SMS verification codes from apps like Whatsapp and NHS (i am trying to change my phone number associated with my accounts). Does anyone have any solutions? please help!

Need help why are my “unlimited calls and unlimited texts” having to use data it said I would have good coverage when I checked before joining and says I have a signal when I try but it fails? Everything is slower now and drags even when it says I have a signal!?

I have an iPhone 15 Pro and I’m not always able to send messages. I do have MMS enabled and according to Chat GPT, I need to configure the MMS settings manually. Anyone know how to do that on an iPhone? Many thanks Paul

I posted on here yesterday about my number being fraudulently ported to another provider on Tuesday. I am not able to access my work emails or systems, my bank accounts have had to be frozen along with multiple other accounts and apps. I am not being paid as I am unable to work. The only way to communicate with ID mobile is via a chat bot. I have recieved one email this morning from saying they are looking in to this and it can take up to 6 working days. This is not good enough. It should never have happened. I reported the problem within 5 minutes of me getting a text with a pac code. Can somebody from ID mobile get in touch with me and tell me what is happening, when I will get my number back, who will compensate me for lost wages. I have also had to pay Cifas to put a flag on my name to stop the hackers from using my identity. I just need my phone number back and someone from the UK to respond to me.

I upgraded in April and took the trade in promo credit of £150 extra with the pixel 9a. I got the trade in money, but not the promo credit. I've been in touch via email multiple times. I completed the trade in form, but there was no option for 9a enhanced trade in so selected other promo not listed. I never received a confirmation of completing the form, nor did I receive a confirmation email with an order number for my original order. Without either of the reference numbers I seem to be unable to pursue the missing credit. How else can I chase this up?

I recently changed network from 02 to ID mobile. I ported my old number over to my new SIM. Today I have found out that I am unable use my debit card to make online payments from my Co-operative Bank account. Any payments for online purchases have been declined. I have tried all the fixes suggested on the Community hub with no success. The bank have been of no help at all in advising me what is required to address the issue. I have seen that other people have experienced the same problem in making online payments with their Co-op debit cards after they moved to ID mobile but I can find no updates as to whether this issue has been satisfactorily addressed. I've only just started my contract so it isn't feasible to change phone providers. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Wishing I'd now stayed with my old provider. Doesn't help that you can't get to speak to an actual human being!!!

I need my messaging and FaceTime. All settings are correct but still not working after buying new handset

Calls to some UK numbers fail with 'server unreachable' error. Latest was a Coventry code 02476 to FedEx. Note that this happens to me (Android phone) and my wife (iPhone 11pro). Both phones up to date with software, both been reset and both had settings checked and look OK. Other calls work fine. Anyone got a solution apart from dumping ID? 😁 Tia John

Hi, I changed my plan to a cheaper plan and online it says £45.99 but I have just been sent an email saying I’m going to be charged £53.04? this is not right, and unfair for you to charge me a higher amount when I changed my plan to go lower. Please advise

Phone number reverted back to original id number when sending messages and ringing out but receives calls to transferred pac number. any ideas?

I am eligible for upgrade but I cannot find a deal on the device I want. It does offer me different devices. How can I see if I can upgrade on the one I am interested in?

Is there anything that can be done to improve signal strength? Just started a contract with ID for a Pixel 9 Pro XL and the signal is absolutely awful especially at work ( which isn’t great as this is a works phone! ). Struggle to get data at all and calls can be hit and miss. I’ve done the Post Code checker and it seems ok. Help! Its not giving me much confidence for the next 2 years!

Since moving a year ago I can only make calls and connect to the internet on id_mobile in onr corner of my bedroom, bit of a shame my friends are on 2 other tariffs get strong signals. As I will end my contract in a couple of months just wondering if anything can be done as I would have otherwise stayed with Id mobile. I see there are devices called signal boosters but assume as they are expensive this couldn’t be offered as a possible solution.

I recently switched to Coop bank- all direct debits works but all online payments are declined- the bank says it’s because of an issue with my network provider, aka IDmobile. Anybody experiencing a similar problem? So far customer care no both ends have been unable to solve the issue. Please Help!

Hi I have a new 2 year contract that works fine in England but on roaming in Spain I have not received Rate Advice and cannot receive calls(from home) . Roaming is turned on on my Apple SE 13 and on the app and portal I’ve reset network services. Booted my phone. Used all the network providers that are in the ID lists. Changed settings for 4G and 5G . My husbands phone also on ID roams fine I swapped sims with husband but neither phone would receive calls …. Confusing. I spent a long time on 3 x chats to live chat who encouraged me to repeat all the above tests Three months ago we were staying in the same house with the end of my ee contract and the ee roaming was fine
