Samsung ZFold, eSimi am unable to make phonecalls for last 7 days despite restart and phone reset .... Despite good signal. After longwait error appears. Not registered on mobile network or no signal. Then emergency calls only. Internet data works however after sometimes and call can be made through data use or WiFi. Its dangerous in case of urgent requirement phonecalls need to be made as often travelling. GL1 and EX31 areas mainly - is where phone is used 

They get you in with low prices just to provide you with possibly the worst internet I’ve ever had on a phone since I had the original iPhone. It’s ridiculously slow and it’s actually taking the mick now. I switched from 02, having fallen for their trap that they use Three, and it’s the fastest coverage etc etc, only to realise I’ve been played and I’m now tied into a 24 month long contract with a hardly usable phone whilst my girlfriend sits next to me with lightning fast connection. Meanwhile, there isn’t a single person I can contact from ID to help me as they don’t provide any support service to save even more money and hope you just forget about it. It’s a JOKE. I’ll be plastering this everywhere on all socials and making sure this goes to the very top of curry’s. This is illegal. 

How do I leave a review

I have just joined ID mobile via mobiles.co.uk, when I placed the order I have selected the earliest possible port in date that was available which was the 11th and provided my PAC.I requested the order with an Esim, I have been accepted and recieved the QR code and activated the Esim however I have no service. I understand I wont get my number until the 11th but do I not have a temporary number on the esim until my number ports in? Thanks,Danny

I recently got a new iphone. My number was ported yesterday (over 24 hours ago)I can make calls and receive them on my old number as expected. I am unable to send text messages, it just immediately comes up with ‘Not delivered’. I am also sending them to a number which should be sent as imessage, but it doesn’t even try. I have updated my number in settings, and restarted and switched imessages off and on. How can I send texts? 

I ordered an esim yesterday and I havent recieved a confirmation email nor have I recieved my esim. I do not remeber seeing a refrence number but I do have a picture of the last 4 digits of the account number. Additionally I know the phone number, and adress I had listed. I worry I input the email incorrectly.

I reinstated my direct debit last month and recieved numerous texts through out the month saying I had done so which is annoying.  I then get a text to say my direct debit had been cancelled and I must pay immediately! Annoying again.  Paid it manually restarted the direct debit. Fast forward the next month I'm getting the same text repeated to me. So I'm now waiting for the direct debit to fail and do the same again as I can only assume history repeating itself. Any suggestions anyone will be greatly appreciated.

I recently switched from Lebara to ID Mobile. I gave my PAC code, original phone number, ID number and transfer number over and scheduled the switch for 3rd March (today). I got to the success page at the end of the form but didn’t receive any confirmation via email/text. Now it is the switch date, my Lebara sim has ended, now stating no service, but when I enter the ID mobile sim, it says ID but has been without signal for hours.I’m unsure if I’ve done something wrong -- I don’t think the switch has been successful, however can’t look into it/activate the new sim(?) as I have no service on either sim cards to receive the text verification code to log in!Any assistance would be really appreciated as I can’t receive any calls, texts or work log-ins! I’ve tried with the chatbot but no help.

Your fair usage policy for roaming only covers me for 63 days. What would be the best thing for me to do to avoid any excessive charges/surcharges whilst I am away?

I have an e-sim and after the most recent app update the app is no longer working.  It opens and I can't access any of the functions and my number is  faded.  I have followed  the steps in other posts, clear network settings, deleted and restored the app etc.
