Hi, I bought a new phone from Carphone warehouse - Google pixel 9. I was on the Three network, and I gave over the code to keep my number, when I took out the contract. The switch was supposed to happen on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning (today) 10am I received an email saying the switch had been completed. I didn't receive a new SIM, so assumed my old one would work in this phone. But I have no service. It says, emergency calls only. I've tried upwards of 20 times to speak to someone on the chat function and it says 'sorry I can't chat right now' each time I try to get transferred to an agent. I can't access the app either because it's trying to send me a text and I can't receive it.  Any advice?  Thanks,Leigh

Hi I currently pay for my own contract and my father's contract with ee mobile I've moved my father over to id mobile as his contract finishes before my one did but I'd mobile won't let me take another contract out before a minimum 60-day payment history is there anyway around this as my contract finishes with ee on the 4th of May 

I purchased a SIM card for my son a week ago, which was fine. Pleased with the service I ordered a phone and SIM for my wife yesterday, but got an email from ID Mobile this morning saying my order was cancelled because I need to have 90 days payment history before ordering again.This has really annoyed me. I did not see anywhere when I ordered the first SIM that this would be the case. If I am being credit checked each time I don’t understand why a 90 day wait is required. Can anyone explain? Thanks.

So, I decided to switch from EE to ID Mobile.  The website said it’s easy and i can keep my number.  I did all the necessary forms etc and gave my PAC, Sunday (20/4) and chose this Monday as switch day (28/4).  My paperwork arrived in an email and all seemed good.  The new SIM arrived, and I awaited the 28th.  My phone stopped working so I removed the EE SIM and put the new SIM in. After a lot of faffing about I realised my number had not remained the same (ported).  The website does say it may take a while.  However, my eagle-eye spotted that on the paperwork it quoted the SIM number I would receive, but this did not match the one that arrived.  So today, I tried to organise my account login but obviously the system only recognised the SIM that I didn’t have so the ‘code text message’ went to that SIM and I can’t login anywhere (phone/web).  I believe the incorrect SIM has caused the whole process to collapse.  With the current ‘ChatBox’ issues I was surprised when

Hi I have set up is mobile chat function and use Facebook to get in. However I miss typed and put the wrong phone number. However so I fix that. 

I've read various people having this same issue. I recently moved from ee to id mobile and so trying to set up answering machine.  It says to enter a pin tried all my memorable dates, codes, pins all not acceptable,  tried 0000, 000000, 123456789, 987654321, and lots of other obscure combinations including complete random selection and all unacceptable 

Can I have a chat with somebody

I've recently moved to ID mobile and now when I'm using data it won't let me use my Nationwide banking app. It says I have an insecure connection. This worked on my previous phone network with no issues. The Nationwide said the issue is with the network. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I fix this? If I can't resolve this I will leave ID and move back to other network. 

It has usually let me sign into the app with face recognition but recently it signed me out and when i put my details in it says they are in correct i’ve tried changing my passwords and everything and it’s also saying they don’t have any records of my account when i put my DOB and name etc anyone know how to fix this?

Hi I'm new to id mobile.I ordered 2 sim cards to change from Vodafone I got both puk codes to keep both numbers.But only one sim card has changed over.They both should have changed on the 17th as ordered.Any help would be great. Thankyou I ordered them at the same time

I am looking to take out a new phone contract with iD mobile and keep my existing number with Vodafone for the next few months until that contract runs out to avoid paying an exit fee.Will iD allow me to port my current Vodafone number over an existing iD number? The idea is to disconnect the new iD number and transfer my old number over, but with a couple months delay to keep my Vodafone account active in the meantime.Thanks in advance.

Today is my switch day to iD. I got and gave a PAC code during registration last week. I got a different (temporary?) iD number immediately on signup. I have received notification from my old provider that I am leaving them today and from iD that I am joining them today. There has been no mention of my number porting over. Apart from waiting until 10pm tonight is there a way to confirm that my number is to be ported? I want the reassurance as I use my number for business and would be inconvenienced if there were issues. Thank you.

Please advise my next step.Over a week ago, I requested, and received an eSim.  I provided the PAC code, and have your Transaction Code.  I have not received an email, or text, telling me the Switch has happened.My original, and my new iD Sim, are both showing their respective numbers when I look in IOS Mobile Services.I travel abroad today, and want to be confident my clients can reach me on the eSIM.I really hope to hear from you today.Best wishes,Ali

I’ve switched mine & my kids SIM cards from Sky to ID Mobile. My son’s having issues transferring his old number. He has tried twice & it keeps saying there are issues but all of the details are correct & the PAC code was only generated last week so is still in date. What can we do as he needs his original number? Mine & my daughters have switched with no issues. 

If I'm with Vodafone, can I just get a pac code and switch to id?  And how long would it take for switch to take effect. I don't think my phone is locked to Vodafone as it's only a couple of years old

I would like to port my children’s (aged 13 and 16) phones over from EE as they are out of contract and would like a better deal. I’m still locked into EE for another year. How can I do this so that I can control their account?

Hi, when I tried to fill in the forms on the website it was sticking every time so I rang in and gave the chap I spoke to my pac code sent from EE, I asked for an E sim and to keep my old number. Today I’ve received emails with a different number , my changeover is tomorrow, should I ring in to sort this out ? I don’t want to lose my old number as it is connected to my business.

Hi I've got my pac code Thursday morning and inserted all the details needed to keep the same number from old network provider but still hasn't changed.

I ordered a new phone and provided my PAC details for my account to swith yesterday. There was an issue with the original phone delivery by dpd and I had an email to say there was a delay then updated emails stating I had been sent a replacement for the delayed delivery. This arrived however the phone hasn't activated on my ported number and when trying to call my number it's an automated message stating this number isn't able to connect so now I have no active phone

I was issued an oder no few days ago which I still have it as screenshot but, I haven't been confirmed an order through email or phone call neither I have heard any outcomes on my placed order. Hello.My wife and I joined ID mobile today and both received an eSIM. We both did exactly the same for the set up on our iPhone 13s, however my set up completed fine but hers didn’t for some reason? There was a buffer wheel for a lot longer than mine and then it said it had failed and to contact the provider. Not a great start! Obviously the QR code is now useless as it has been used or attempted once. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Mike

I haven’t received my sim from ID mobile and I can’t create an online account as they’re sending activation codes to my iD mobile sim! I want to cancel!
