Can no longer make telephone calls on idmobile, have to resort to WhatsApp or Messenger. What has happened to the network? For the last few weeks, both my wife and my phones (seperate IDMobile accounts) are unable to make calls without resorting to the use of WhatsApp or Messenger. You dial a number and it just hangs in silence, no ringing tone. Nothing happens. On occasion the person you are calling, calls you to say they have received a call from you, but after repeating ‘hello’ a number of times, they hang up and ring you direct. This has been going on for weeks, so I am hoping somebody can enlighten me with a solution. Thanks B
