I have an outstanding bill of £4.00 to pay, this was because of an issue with sim cards at the start of the account. I do not know what the mobile number is for this so cannot make the payment. It is showing on my credit record as non payment, under reference ID Mobile (I) Telecoms ****9762 - can you please advise how I make this payment of £4.00 without the mobile number. Can it be traced through the existing accounts in my name. Thank you

My contract is £6 a month but i got billed over £10 i have hardly used my phone so have not used my price cap.in fact my roll over is now over 38 g .im on 20 gig plus unlimited calls and texts .

Hi, I recently bought a phone from ID (Google pixel). I ported my number. Since my phone number has ported I have lost the voicemail icon. I have set up the voicemail by ringing 1 from the phone. However I can't select visual voicemail on my settings. It is reading as the temporary number when I bought the phone. I have tried changing it to my number but it won't allow me to.

Can I cancel my SIM plan but still pay for my phone? I started my contract six months ago, but I have had problems with a bad signal all the time. I just want to cancel my plan and move to a different network, but I want to keep paying for my phone.

Hello all Whilst in Tenerife last week I could not use my data at all. I could make and receive calls and regular text messages though. checked all my iPhone settings and ID Mobile app settings (when I got hooked into the hotel wifi) and everything would indicate that my data should be working! Very very frustrating as I couldn’t use WhatsApp or Uber etc etc etc. i have an iPhone 12 which I bought directly from Apple 3-4 years ago and I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever. I was previously with Vodafone and then o2 and never had any roaming issues. I moved to ID Mobile about 2 months ago…and first time I went abroad my phone was pretty much useless. anyone had this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve? I have live chatted with ID Mobile but got zero sense…the person I was chatting to told me they had no agreement with mobile operators in Tenerife hence why my phone wouldn’t work (I explained that I could make and receive calls and that Tenerife was part of Spain!!) My phone is making calls fine and data but not receiving text messages from some NOT all providers. Two friends are Giff Gaff, one is O2. I can send them texts, they send me and get charged but im not receiving them. I can send and receive from other friends/ family. Done network reset, phone reset etc but nothing working? Im worried im not receiving texts from work/ doctors etc as i have no way of knowing who im not receiving texts from? Anything else you can suggest please?

I cannot make or receive any calls when I am at home, connecteded to the wifi. I have to disable wifi on the phone and use 4G to make/recieve calls. Why? I have checked, and my phone - Google Pixel 7 - is all enabled for wi-fi calling. Any suggestions? It never used to do this, only the last month or so. Nothing has changed at home - same provider, same router etc
