I am constantly missing calls due to lack of connectivity with ID system. I have no number recorded on my recent calls although people say they tried to call. I also try to make calls and the phone won’t connect. If I turn off WiFi it works sometimes but I have no knowledge of missed calls unless someone tells me. what is going on? Does anyone else have this?
Hello, I have been with ID for almost 1 year. I always seem to have issues with my call coverage and having "4G/5G" speeds. My bar signal is mainly on 1 bar out of 4. There is supposedly no network issue down when I check ID coverage. I always struggle to speak to people. With data speeds, it says I have 5G and I can hardly load anything, I'm getting roughly 6mb download speed. Not enough to load a website. I seem to have this issue in Ph13 area code. If I travel 14 miles it is still the same issue. Does anyone have issues like this?
I changed to a newer phone a couple of weeks ago (iphone 7 to iphone 12) and have been having problems getting and making calls when at work. There is very little signal in the building so the phone uses wifi calling when I’m in the office which worked fine before - I’m using the same SIM card as previous. I have checked when at home and WIFI calling works fine there (put on airplane mode to check) so it is just when on the work WIFI that it does not. Tried called over Whatsapp at work and this works ok. Not sure what to try after that - if I cannot get it working I will need to change provider as I cannot continue with not being able to use phone when in the office.

I joined ID Mobile less than a month ago and ever since I’ve been having an issue where I’ll suddenly notice the signal on my iPhone 15 Pro shows 1 bar. If I try to make a call then nothing happens. The screen shows like it is starting a call but the call never connects. I found out yesterday that when this happens, other people are not able to call me either. If I turn on airplane mode then turn it off again, then my signal goes up to 4 bars (full) and I am able to make and receive calls again. But then later on in the day, I will notice that the signal has gone back down to 1 bar and the issue is happening again. This all happens while I am at home so I don’t think it’s because I’m moving between masts causing signal issues.
I’ve notice my phone bill always gets taken way earlier than it should it can range from 7 days-10days before it’s due. But it doesn’t notify me until an hour after it’s been cut off and that’s when I try and ring someone . It’s getting ridiculous as I’m a support worker and I work with vulnerable people who go out in the community and if my phone randomly cuts off and something happens it’s dangerous as I don’t know when it due as it keeps changing days
Have new phone with you and my phone no hasn’t ported. Had email to say it was but not worked. Any ideas ?

Hi iD Mobile Community, I’m hoping someone can help escalate this issue as I’ve been waiting several days now. I submitted a request last Friday for proof of usage and ownership documents for an iPhone that was recently stolen. I urgently need these documents to process an insurance claim, which is time-sensitive. Despite being told it would take 24–48 hours, I’ve already visited iD Mobile in person three times and still haven’t received confirmation or the documents. I specifically need: A copy of the contract and date it was signed IMEI number of the phone My phone number linked to the device Any documents showing the phone make and model I’m struggling to understand why these documents aren’t accessible through my online account or why the process is taking so long. If anyone from the team or the community knows how this can be escalated or expedited, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
I have already posted on this subject. ID can’t and won’t talk to me and seem to rely on threatening texts and emails. Ill mention the distance selling regs and the Consumer protection laws in the Uk. If somebody from ID ( not a “ Community texter ) could actually bother to contact me ( not through my new number of course as it’s defective ) I’ll explain why the service is not of merchantable quality . Last night I upgraded my SIM contract using a link on my account. The upgrade is not showing on my plans and I'm not unsure if it has been processed or if it didn't go through. Impossible to contact anyone via the chat. There are no agents available etc. I do not want to have two ID contracts! Could someone contact me please.
I recently upgraded my phone with ID and part of the offer was an additional £200 cashback when you trade in your old phone. I sent on my old phone which you acknowledged that you received and I completed the paperwork as requested but 2 months later I have still not received the £200 . What do I do to chase this?
Hi, I am travelling to Montenegro which is outside the free list and have noted the charges it costs to use my plan outside of this. Does ID mobile not offer a daily plan to use this like other networks to make this more affordable? I.e a £2 cost additional to use this?
Hi , I’m holidaying in Europe and have 30 GB data roaming , confused about the charges if I go over that. Contract says £3 per GB extra charges , but there us also mention of 10p per 1gb charge?

In the US on holiday and data cap immediately reached. Now unable to call 7777 to top up or change data cap, live chat isn’t connecting me to anyone despite being in hours just goes through the motions then never connects me to anyone and when I try to add data my app and id mobile.com want to send me a code to my phone which I can’t receive because of the breaches data cap. What a terrible system. I will be leaving ID after this. Wasted over an hour of my holiday already and lost my paid for airport taxi transfer. Maddening! can I call id mobile from someone else’s mobile to top up? Is there a way out of this loop!
