Password reset emails aren't being sent I recently changed my email on the ID app, so I was logged out and asked to sign in with the new email, but when when attempting to log in with the original password it wasn’t accepting it, despite me not having changed it. I have tried to reset my password using the forgotten password link, but when I enter my email address the emails aren’t coming through, even after pressing the re-send button multiple times. I’ve tried this on multiple browsers but the issue persists, and I’ve also checked my spam emails and they aren’t landing there either. Please can someone help me out with this because I really need to change my plan online, but I can’t do this without being able to sign in to my account
