Hi, I don't understand my bill 

Hi there, I can't find my October bill in the app or view your previous bills section, can I have a pdf of it by email at { REMOVED }.

I am on a 50GB data monthly plan, my data was supposed to roll over, and when i contacted ID mobile customer service i was informed of the following  ‘’Thank you so much, be advised, your data that did not roll over, was data that was still part of the previous month's roll over. This means that the data will not roll over for 2 months consecutively.’’ IS anyone else aware of this rule? as i cannot see this rule on my data plan  i was under the impression that data is rolled over each month without a limit. is this correct?what is the point of data rolling over for 1 month only?

Hi there,Hoping to contact ID directly here as I can’t find a way to.Whilst travelling to Thailand via China my second phone, a work phone, was in my hand luggage not in use at all throughout the flights and only in the airports on WiFi.Upon checking into the hotel in Thailand I’ve had a text to say I’ve hit my spend cap of £45 for out of plan charges - I didn’t even use the phone?!My bill now stands at £55 on a £10 sim only for charges the device has racked up when not in use. I can only assume background tasks or messages coming in??Before it is said, I understand the phone should have had roaming switched OFF but it wasn’t actually in use. My main line is also with ID, the phone I’m typing on now, and this hasn’t racked up any charges and the bill is still at £10. Can anyone help?! Or can ID see somehow that I didn’t actually use the device for data access, social media use and messaging etc? Thanks, josh

My DD date is the 7th of every month, yet my one for November still hasn’t been taken, can someone message me and give me an update on why it’s not been taken out yet please 

Your support team didn’t seem able to help me with this, but I topped up my PAYG plan recently for business use and was disappointed when it came to doing my expenses that they could not supply me with a VAT receipt, as I believe is required for any VAT registered business under UK law. Understandably your process is more geared to providing these for contract plans, however I think you also have an obligation to do so for any payments you take including this PAYG topup. Is there somone I could speak to about this?

Not letting me make calls after an upgrade

DIRECT DEBIT PAID SUCCESSFULLY Still active on my bank account but initially it was showing two direct debits set up so the bank decided to remove one of them to avoid paying duplicate payments etc and now the account is suspended despite the £4 balance being successfully processed by the bank on 3 November I have severe speech and physical impairment which effectively means I am unable to communicate via telephone and I have severe pain when typing due to my motor skills impaired from auto immune disease which leads me to try and resolve this issue via community as live chat robot is extremely frustrating and useless I am new customer and already started to regret choosing id mobile

Hi iD Mobile,I’ve just seen a £40 default from an old account and I’m really upset about it. I understand reminders were sent, but at the time I’d lost access to the email & account and didn’t realise there was still a balance to pay.I’d really like to clear this up straight away and make things right. Is there any chance the default could be reviewed or removed as a goodwill gesture once it’s paid?

Recently my brother passed away and I have been off work for 3 weeks trying to deal with the loss and not being able to pay my bill this month but cant afford to have it suspended either can they help, can I pay double next month as im now back at work and could afford to do that? Thank you
