Hello, I have just upgraded my phone and gone on a new plan. I have just tried to make a phone call but it says I am capped. I need to make a payment but it comes out monthly on the 3rd of every month. What do I need to do as cannot ring anyone even though I am unlimited calls?

I've had some money troubles so can't pay my bill this month but will be able to clear my bill in may 2025 as I've been awarded limited capability for work and work related tasks....I need my phone to be able to make calls as I suffer from mental health and need to be able to call my mental health hub when I'm really down...I've took 2 overdoses in 6 months so they are my lifeline at the moment.

Hi al So when i log into the app and go to billing it shows a current balance of £94. My current plan has unlimited everything for £41 per month. However when i call 777 to check my ballance it's telling me that it is at minus £10. I usually pay my bill through the app on the 15th of every month. So I don't understand what this £94 worth of charges are for or why this is being displayed. Problem is that the app is going to assume that this is the amount of money that I want to pay. How am I to pay my phone bill when I can't see an actual proper ballance to pay.

I took out a contract out for 26.99 a month with no price hikes for the duration of the contract but now my bill has went up to 28.85 I have not went over or have any extra charges on my bill so don't understand why they put it up when the said it would remain the same for the duration of the contract something not right.

Why did my bill not reduce at the end of my contract, after I finished paying off my phone?

Hi, can you tell me why my direct debit always seems to get cancelled. When I have tried to put my bank details in again it says there is a problem.

Matthew at ID mobile claim they’re communicating with Currys concerning Currys £50 Gift Cards, which is absolute nonsense. It’s yr forced to call them then given an email address for gift cards that does not reply at all, then 2weeks on ID mobile web chat claim you need to wait 120 days Not 2wks do activation of Gift Card. Web chat then offered me £20 off my bill! Really how insulting! Forced to make a Complaint & have taken note of reference Number & screen shot all conversation with Webchat etc.I simply want ID Mobile to Honour my £50 Gift Card i purchased in good Faith on upgrading with ID Mobile. If anyone else going around in circles trying to get answers, make a formal Complaint to ID mobile & note yr Reference No. ID Mobile have known all this time for 2weeks now, these Gift Cards are basically worthless until activated.

Hi my wife has been receiving 3 premium rate texts each month for the last 5 or 6 months adding £4.50 to each bill.I read that this is a common problem for customers of various network providers.In the end I phoned I.D. customer services as her contract is in my name.I have 3 contracts with I.D. and I requested that each of them have premium rate texts blocked which the customer advisor did.I am awaiting now to see the next bill to check and see if this has worked hopefully it has I will be straight back onto I.D. to ask why and demand a refund. Hope this helps others. Keith Carlisle

How is the refer a friend cash back dealt? Is it straight to the persons bank account or as credit to spend? My friend wants to refer me but doesn’t have an active plan on id mobile right now.

Hello, After reading about the CPI 3.9% as my contract started before 01/25, I am wondering why my bill has increased so much, there have been no extra charges at all as I barely use it. There has been £3.50 added to my bill and this is not 3.9% of £52.99 and I would like to know why. It should only be around £2.00 extra, not nearly double. Thanks for your help.

I cancelled my account a while back and I just received an email saying I owe money. Logged into my account and its showing I have 2 payments due??? I had this account for over 2 years but the lack of signal on my phone forced me to change. Can you tell me why I am being billed for this when it has been cancelled. Thanks

I have come to the end of my contract. Received an email to say “do nothing and keep paying £22.64...” but have been charged £32.64 today and upon checking my account, the bill for May that is also showing as £32.64???
