I have tried to pay my bill and I am getting constant error messages

I upgraded my phone via carphone house who set everything up for me. I was told I’d keep the same number and same SIM card.  I think what has happened is that instead of upgrading I was put on a new plan with a new mobile number. However as I was not sent a sim for that number I don’t have access to it. This means when I try adding my plan to my ID mobile app, I can’t authenticate it as the verification is sent to the number associated with the sim I don’t have access to.it also mean I have two plans - a sim only contract with my original number, and a plan with the new number I can’t access. My original number plan still works in my new phone. I also can’t pay my Id mobile bills as I’d be calling or accessing my bills via my original number which just works for my old plan. If I want the new plan I need access to this new number. does this make sense? ID mobile are chasing me for the money but I can’t pay it. Any ideas?

I was charged for using extra data without knowing and I want to ask if the bill can be removed. Today I came back home and received a message from ID mobile and I was confused because as I went to the app I had a £15.06 bill which was apart of my bill cap apparently. I want to speak to someone to sort this out

My 48 month contract started on 26/08/24. My plan is cancelled in the app but i’ve just been charged £30. Why?

Why has my bill gone up from 3.50 to 7 a month? I haven’t done anything different

HiIm due to upgrade but the deals are terrible on the ID app, I can get an S26 on ID with 400Gb for £29.99 new but its hassle to start and stop new contracts, swap numbers etc.Is there anything you can do your end to make life easier?

Hi. I get 25gb per month data that's supposed to roll over but the day before credit it can be on 46gb but when the new credit shows new amount next day, it never goes beyond 50gb.I can't see anything in my plan that says it's capped at 50gb and I don't use anything that will suddenly use 20gb, can anyone explain this phenomenon? I've been on the plan since 2024 and it's always been like this. Thanks for your help
