pay with a credit card without logging in
I'm a new customer and I'm traveling right now, and I can't log in to my account and pay my bill because I don't have my SIM card with me. Is there no way to pay with a credit card without logging in, or is it impossible to log in without receiving a code on the SIM card?

No new contract within 90 days despite cancelling during cooling off
I bought a pay monthly sim-only. I then tried to but a new phone on contract and wasn’t able due to being about 2 weeks from taking out the sim-only contract. Apparently ID mobile will only process a new order 3 months after a previous one. So I cancelled the-sim only (within the cooling off period), but my order on the new phone was declined again, apparently for the same reason. I was told by ID mobile customer support I may be able to process the new order after cancelling the old one but that they couldn’t guarantee it. I have another ID contract for almost 12 months with perfect payment history and a very high credit score. Am I still to be caught unable to take out any new ID mobile product until 3 months from that sim-only? Or could it just be a delay in processing?

Awful performance in Havnt/PO9 area
Hello Chaps,Wondering if someone ‘iD’ could advise on signal issues in the Havant area? For a couple of months now, I’ve had next to no data service in PO9 1 (anywhere from the A27 in Havant, towards mid-Hayling, basically). Most recently I’ll have two or three bars of 4G signal and absolutely no data whatsoever until I turn airplane mode on and off again - eSIM, for reference. Other times, there’ll be ~2bars of signal/ maybe -90>-105dBm RSRP and such little data that I can’t even open a webpage - although there’s bandwidth there, as I can have it connect to a VPN if I try. Is there ‘heavy utilisation’ on local towers? - The same area on O2 and Vodafone gives slow, but usable data in the same areas. My workplace at PO9 1QJ has hundreds of people and my issues are replicated with at least a handful of other people on iD (that I’ve spoken to). Thanks, Tom

Cannot send or receive sms texts iphone
Until recently, this was working fine. I can no longer send or receive texts, I’ve tried all the recommended methods in the community. I ported my number, not sure if this has something to do with it but I can’t change my number in my phone, as it sends a text to phone for verification but I can’t receive the text! Not sure what’s next.

6 months and no gift card still
After countless emails back and forth with the gift cloud team we are still outstanding one of two gift vouchers due after 2 family members signed up for ID mobile SIM cards. Last week (end August) one of the vouchers finally arrived (we signed up on 11 March) and since then the gift cloud team are not replying to our messages. How can one of the vouchers be finally sorted and the other not? We have supplied all the relevant information required for both. To reiterate: we are still outstanding a second gift voucher as per the terms and conditions of the purchase we made back in March of this year, over 5 months ago. Please can someone sort this ASAP? This is not endearing us to stay with ID mobile. We shouldn't have to spend this much time waiting for what we signed up for. Thank you

Incorrect service provider shown in settings.
If I go into my phone settings my phone service provider is still showing as my previous provider which was O2. I have been with Id mobile for 14 days now and thought it would have changed to Id by now. I have restarted the phone several times and reinserted the sim card but no change. Will my phone be running at its best like this on on settings? Thanks if anyone can help clarify this please

Calls failing to go to Voicemail
Has anyone else got an issue with calls not going to Voicemail? I first identified this issue yesterday (02.09.25). When calling an iD Mobile number, it rings but instead of going to Voicemail, it just times out and says 'Sorry your call cannot be connected'. I have tried this on 6 different iD Mobile phone numbers (as all of my family are on the same network), so it's not a problem with just 1 number. Also the phones are in various different UK locations (Filey, Skipton and Huddersfield) and all have the same issue. I went on chat last night and was told it was network congestion that would clear at 23:59 but it hasn't as the same thing is still happening now at 19:15. Any idea how you report a fault to iD? Interestingly, trying to call a number where the phone is switched off, it DOES go to voicemail....

two phone numbers abd PAC
Hi, I have two numbers after moving to ID mobile - one old (physical sim) from Vodafone and one eSIM from ID. I want to keep only my old number. How can I check if I already gave PAC number somewhere? The purchase process was so quick that I only remember I clicked I want to keep my old number. I’m so confused

Issues with Oukitel WP100 Titan and WiFi Calling - when using SIM2, same issue with Oukitel P1 phones
Hi iD Mobile Community, I have recently bought a rather fantastic Oukitel WP100 Titan mobile phone for me - and an Oukitel P1 for my wife. They both seem like great handsets and run Android 14 - but I see that they are not on the ‘approved’ Wi-Fi calling-compatible handset list. Whoops. Both of the above phones have 4G and VoLTE calling capabilities but my wife and I have been really struggling to get our new Oukitel handsets to make Wi-Fi calls - something that is quite essential here, because we are a bit remote! The Oukitel WP100 Titan is a breast of a handset (projector, camping light, 33,000mAh battery, night vision etc) and it would be great if I could get it to work using iD mobile. The iD SIM is currently in SIM 2 for the Titan as I have to use SIM 1 for my work number (no choice - on EE), and that seems to work (and will make use of Wi-Fi Calling). My wife’s P1 - the iD SIM is in SIM 1, same issue. Both of us can receive text messages fairly easily from iD and both of the handsets display ‘VoLTE 4G’ in the notification bar. Our signal strength is circa -115dB (according to Network Cell Info App). I have set the calling preference to ‘Call over mobile network’ at the moment. if I change this preference to ‘Call over Wi-Fi’, the handset doesn’t seem to use the (strong) local Wi-Fi for Wi-Fi calling :-( The normal mobile network signal is often weak enough that we can’t make or receive calls indoors, which is a pain. Wi-Fi calling on previous handsets worked a treat and is what we ideally would like again - if possible. Any help or recommendations gratefully received - thanks in advance. Andrew

No "WiFi Calling" on Samsung S24 Plus using an eSim
Hi. I recently switched to a 12 month ID Mobile from Vodafone and opted for an eSim in my Samsung S24Plus phone (purchased from Samsung directly). However, I no longer have the option of “WiFi Calling” in the Connections menu. I have followed numerous suggestions. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to get the enable “WiFi Calling” toggle switch in the connections settings to become available? Thanks

Cost of early termination
I have a contract for phone + SIM which runs for another 9 months. I am having various problems with the phone, and I am tempted to terminate my contract and get a new phone, very possibly with a new provider. Would the early termination fee be the monthly fee multiplied by the remaining months? Will it be less, since I won't be using the data etc? Will I be hit by additional charges for ending early? Or is there a better way round this entirely? Can I replace my phone while staying on a similar ID package? TIA!
