My ex husband got a new phone for my daughter (several years ago) and made a hash of closing the ID account and transferring the number so it never happened. She had a new number and a contract with a new provider. Money was paid to ID for a very long time for nothing as the old number was not being used and it hadn’t been cancelled either. I set the account up for my daughter so it is my details although it was paid for from a joint account that only he (my ex) uses. Well he no longer pays anything into that account so ID were not being paid and they are chasing me (well emailing my daughter which she has only just told me about!) I need the to close the account ASAP but we no longer have the SIM and cannot access the account. I have created this as I also have an ID account. Trying to get anything done is an absolute nightmare. I’m going around in circles. Please help!

it seems there have been issues for a long time with incoming calls and cut off after 2 mins reading through the forums. Every new day i make a call, thr first one cuts off without warning after 2 minutes and 5 seconds, this is my 2nd month with id mobile previously coming from vodafone which had zero problems, it happens calling landlines and various phones on different networks, my phone is Pixel 7 which is a recommended phone, Is this an issue that can be resolved other than leaving id mobile?

I ask what is going on.I was told I would get a PAC code by email but none arrived.Check my earlier transcript.Where do I complain now?

This is disgraceful I broke down yesterday I couldn’t call ANYONE on the side of a motorway trying to get someone to stop to help it’s DISGUSTING that I’m paying for a service and after 9 days of complaining STILL NOT FIXED! No easy way to contact people not a network id recommend joining at all!!  if anyone can shed any light on how you contact a actual person to talk to that they answer im all ears!  thanks 🙏

Has my contract been cancelled as per request via carphone warehouse. Has this been actioned as I've received a message sending my PAC code and saying that you shall continue to take payments if not used by expiry date which should of been done already in the carphone warehouse yesterday.If not i wish for the phone contracts for both myself and my husband Andrew Walker to be terminated by Monday 27/02/25 at the latest

I can send text messages but not receive them. I have spent the entire day on Apple support, there is nothing wrong with my phone they say it is ID Mobile. Without text messaging I can’t access my mobile banking and frankly I’m furious. My billing is up to date. is there a number I can phone to talk to someone. The message chat doesn’t seem to be working. I blame myself for signing up with a provider who appears to offer no support 

This is just the worst transfer procedure ever! Massive problem. Ordered iPhone 16 pro max(wanted to keep my iPhone XR but it was dying) Sent PAC number to id. Giff gaff said all done. So on settings my phone still says this iPhone phone number is the temp one is sent. Apple seem to think the temp number is my main number. I wanted the temp number so I can use my old number. I have SIM card which was posted to me which I set up quickly. . I can’t phone people on normal phone nor they me. My pics emails etc have all been transferred over ok to my phone. I’d don’t seem to totally recognise my old phone number. I am not tech savvy but this is the worst. What’s app calls and messenger works ok.  When my phone rings my old xr still rings so have turned it off. Won’t connect to my car at all which is usually a simple process. It won’t let me do loads. Getting very stressed and want to throw in the bin. Does anyone have any ideas please please? 

I have been unable to receive or make calls on my business phone today. You have also taken upon yourselves to charge me today for your services, which I am unable to use. Significant refund required or new stable provider required me thinks

How much will it cost to leave id.Been on it since August last year

I am a Owner operator of my Own Taxi, I am loosing a substantial amount of business due the inability to send or receive calls, texts etc

iD Mobile phone network down I need to leave and get new provider ASAP. What do I need to do? Obtain a PAC NUMBER.

Never again with ID Mobile or THREE NETWORK.    Your customer service is practically non-existent. And, when you do find a semblance of it, it turns out to be a bad joke.You have cost me a fair amount of money due to your deplorable "customer service. Now, I'm stuck in a hellish 2-year contract.At some point, down the road, I may get legal with your organisation. I am now unable to make calls to landline numbers . Absolutely terrible service . I had to use my wife call to book a GP appointment as for some reason it doesn’t let me call landline numbers !!!!! please help 

I have a sim only contract with you that I’m trying to cancel. I no longer have access to the ID mobile app so can’t cancel through the app. Is there a way I can cancel it over the phone? Or any other way? 

My phone contract is up for renewal on 1/11/24 is this on an auto renew as I can't find anything to stop this from happening if it is and if I go to cancel contract now it tells me I have to pay 110 in outstanding balance when I've not gone over the allocated minutes, data etc on my plan. Basically I want to leave ID mobile asap but also at the end of my contract so I don't have to pay any extra. Hope this makes sense.

Why do upgrades cost more than a new plan 

So I purchased a sim only 12 month plan from mobile.co.uk but want to cancel the contract as the signal is terrible. How do I go about doing this? On the live chat it says where did you purchase from and only gives a couple option. Since mobiles.co.uk is apart of curry's I selected curry's website but then it says to call them which I'm sure they won't have any details or idea of my contract
