I have just received my PAC code to move from iD mobile and it says my final bill is - 335 . What does this mean please ? 

Hello, I have had my direct debit details setup on my account but the payments fails each month and I have to pay manually. However, my recent payments don't make sense, can someone please check them and make sure I've not overpaid? Also, can my direct debit details be confirmed? Regards,Mark

Hey.So I’ve refered a friend almost a year ago, we both got email confirming we earned the reward. Email received on 03/11/2023 and there has been no follow up to this ever since.Referal scheme has changed now and it uses a different company to handle referals, so maybe this had to do something with it.How do I get this solved, as customer support only seems to be limited to chat bots?

Hi, I was originally on a pay monthly sim only at £7 per month. A while back my phone broke so I signed up for a contract with a new phone. When the sim arrived it said if I was with ID already then I didn't have to do anything so I didn't. But 2 payments still come out of my account the new £20.99 and the old £7 which I presumed would of stopped by itself. I have recently cancelled the direct debit for the £7 but have been getting emails warning me this could effect my credit rating ect. Could you please help. Thanks Stephen 

hello, i would like too know why my bill price for my next payment on the 21st of february will be £50.23 when i have recently changed my plan and should only cost me £33.99 a month? 

I had an iD account in my name which was closed off around March last year. Credit score is showing that an arrears of £1 was on the account for 3 months before it was then settled. I had no idea of this arrears and it feels like it was a system error. Problem is that is totally crippling mortgage and credit card applications I’m doing. Can I get ID to clear this history from my record as I don’t think I’m at fault? 

Hi - my payment has been taken 3 times in January but still says I owe this months payment and now I’ve been cut off - I can’t get the chat to work? Any ideas? thanks

I was in the last 30 days of my 18m term, i requested a pac code on 08th Jan and had an email that said if i used it now i would be charged £41.79 (paying £40.99 per month line rental). Decided against using it/cancelled the pac code. Raised a new pac code 22nd Jan and it says if i used it that day estimated final bill would be £63.91. This made no sense and I challenged it last Saturday on the online chat, i was told it needed investigating, as like i had pointed out at the time i had paid line rental until 2 days before the end of my 30 days notice period (request of pac code) so my final bill should be 2 days line rental plus any additional charges for calls/texts/data etc. I haven’t been contacted a week later. My number has moved to new carrier and my final bill email says outstanding balance of £27.50. It says. When looking at the bill it is including a charge for the balance from the previous bill that hasn’t been paid yet, but this will still come out. It is ridiculous.

I'm on ID mobile since October 2024. Looking at my bank statement I've paid until December even though a bit late. Seems to me I've been paying for 6 months now as there's a bill this month of January amounting to £110.97 which I've paid all. Looks like I have an overpayment of two months.Please check my account and give me a refund.Many Thanks.

ID Mobile have sent me my bill but it’s the same as previous months even though I’ve had no service for the last week or so since storm Eowyn presumably blew a mast down.What are our rights?

Was looking to take out a 3rd Pay Monthly contract with iD, was told I had to have 3 clear bills paid, so 90 days worth of payments, before I could look at taking a 3rd contract, I’ve now paid 3 bills, on my latest phone contract and I’m still getting told the exact same thing when I place an order, how do I get around this, as when I’m on the app there is zero option to speak to anyone!!!  I’ve added a phot above showing the 3 bills

I have noticed over the last couple months you guys have been making me pay double and this isn’t fair I paid twice in January and now it’s saying I have an outstanding bill’ I need an explanation for this or I will be taking this up with my bank and demanding a refund !

Hi so i had upgraded my plan a few months ago and changed my number, so why am i being billed on my old phone number and am currently in debt which is weird because i have been paying monthly on my new upgraded plan without missing a payment. And i spoke to overdales legal ltd and they had told me that my old number was active and i dont use that number so id like id mobile to cancel it.

This is the first month of a new contract. New amount is £32.99Old amount was sim only £7I overpaid by an extra £7 also as didn't realise it had gone through.This bill is £47+ with no extra chargesNext month bill is £80+I need help, this is crazy amounts

My bill has gone from £8 per month to £26 per month.This is unacceptable and I would like to terminate contract
