Hello,I have a question about my mobile plan and recent bills.I have been with your network for the past three months on a plan that should cost £16 per month. However, for the last two months I have been charged £34 each month. My plan includes unlimited allowances, and I have not travelled abroad or used any services that I believe would result in extra charges. Therefore, I don’t understand why my bills are so much higher than expected.Could you please review my account and explain these charges? I would appreciate it if someone could contact me as soon as possible.Thank you in advance for your help Agnieszka K

My bill has doubled in price over the last two months and I am unsure why. Its gone from £10 to £20.15 over the last two months.

You of course tired to take my bill payment yesterday however it bounced. I have paid through the app on the same day but have received a text today stating the payment failed and you will try and take the payment in the next 5 days. I can see the first payment had failed on the app but I don’t believe you have registered that I have paid it. Please can you confirm you will not try and take the payment again when I have paid it?
