Iphone 16. New handset and contract moving from esim on o2, meant to receive physical sim from id, it never arrived so stayed connected to o2 until i got a replacement Sim from Currys.  Started porting process which email confirms completed on Friday however no access to anything on the new handest. When trying to activate the replacement sim (from Currys) website wont recognise the tel number that came with the handset or the number I want to bring to ID. The service from my old provider has stopped but I dont know how to get service from id? 

Title gets most out the way. For context I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, which I got a few weeks ago. This is from transferring a number from GiffGaff.I’ve done every method to try and receive texts and calls. It was working a few days ago. But then suddenly iMessage wouldn’t sign in properly. Now I’m locked out of my main Apple account and I am using a backup, I will have to perform a recovery. I’ve replace the sim, I’ve toyed around with every setting in my phone. My number will not verify, and didn’t before the reset of my phone. I’ve reset the Network settings numerous times. I’ve put the sim in an Android phone, so it isn’t the iPhone causing this. And I can only receive texts and calls off people on the iD Network too. I have no content restrictions on my account.The agent on the helpline couldn’t phone due to working off a landline number. So I’m in the dark here. I have a ticket running with the service desk. But have been told to wait 2 days, twice now.

I've just ordered a new handset and ID mobile plan from carphone warehouse , requested a PAC and have been told it's not possible as ID don't do internal umber transfers.What a totally ridiculous policy , I assume it's to pretty much force anyone that wants to keep their number and existing ID plan arrangements to only be able  to upgrade with ID…I'll wait to see what options are available on the 22nd of Feb ( upgrade day) and go from there , I have a sneaky feeling the combined upgrade on like for like deal from Carphone Warehouse will cost more from ID If this is the case I will be looking elsewhere for a deal, even if it costs a little more, I'll do it out of principal, I'll also be doing it with another plan on my account in a few months time… Come on ​@iD Mobile sort this out , it's a bonkers way of working 

Since I have joined ID mobiles, my text messages always show an error sign and don’t always go through. I also don’t receive all text messages either. My main issue is I can’t seem to receive important text messages such as appointments and codes. I have regular health appointments that are texted to me and they are not coming through. I also have one time codes sent to my number but they are not coming through. For example, I can’t access my work emails now because the one time code to log in is not coming through. This is vital for me whilst I’m on call for a children’s home. I need to have access to my emails in case of emergency information. I can see through community messages that this is a problem for many people. I have never had such an issue with any network before. Can ID mobile provide my IMEI code?The code is needed to process an insurance claim.My phone is broken and I am unable to read the number from the box as a label has been stuck over it!The original phone invoice from the supplier does not have the IMEI code on it.Thanks

I’ve bought a new phone and it does not have a SIM card holder and requires a eSIM. I currently have a SIM card but Can you change from a SIM card to an eSIM?

The iD phone number is shown on the email direct debit email instead of mine. I have found it impossible to correct using any of the current channels available. I therefore need someone at iD to intervene and correct the error before changeover on Monday. 

Am on ID contract keep getting prank calls and calls me 3/5 times a day. When I google there number it shows me it’s harassment. So would like a new number and be able to block withheld numbers if that’s possible?regards A McKay 

Hi, I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find out how to talk to ID, does anyone know the number or email? Or any advice?I currently have a sim only plan with ID, and chose to get a new phone and sim contract with them to replace it - upgrade deals weren’t great, so I went through their normal options. I now need to transfer my number to the new sim, but I can’t as a pac code only works when switching network. Once this is done I can finally cancel the sim only contract. I haven’t used the new sim at all and have been paying for both plans 😩 (A separate issue I have with the sim only plan is that 80% of the time it won’t let me make outgoing calls or texts despite both those things being unlimited)  Thank you 

Pixel 9 Pro - Is the phone SIM-free/unlocked?

I’ve just joined ID Mobile and ported my number. I can make calls, but no one can call me.

My sim isn’t working and I’m unable to request a replacement as I can’t receive a text to to confirm my identity. How do I end my contract please? This is becoming very frustrating and I need my phone! 

Just activated a sim. All good. When phone is rung the ringing phone can hear the ring ring sound through the earpiece but the phone being rung (the phone with the id mobile sim)  does not make a sound.  Have run a check and the result is network or sim error. Any ideas?

I don’t know what has happened but my SIM card or phone has suddenly stopped reading my sim I have tried everything I can think of to try to get it to work but nothing has worked yet, I can’t receive or make calls without wifimy phone is an iPhone 15

Switched to iD Mobile. Kept my number. Can't make or receive calls. SIM card shows phone number as 'unknown'. SIM card appears ok when placed into another phone. My phone is a Motorola G7 Power Android 10. I've tried all the fixes I can find on this community site.Anyone had the same issue recently and fixed it?

As title I just plugged in to my Motorola fast charger and it is massively overheating now... The charger started making a noise and it was only because I was in the vicinity as I was going to leave it on charge for the day while at work... This could have caused a fire!! I understand that if you have to purchase an additional charger, it should be stated before you buy the handset and it should also be stated that it is not compatible with older chargers. This was an official Motorola charger adequate to charge a g55 but all of a sudden the requirements change and there is no mention of incompatibility between usb c type chargers… What on earth are they playing at?Is it too much to ask that a phone is supplied with the correct charger these days? As a result the power supply could have overheated and caused a fire or it could have damaged the charging regulating circuitry  or the battery on the phone. What the hell? As such I need the corre

My phone had one attempted delivery and now is going back to  curry's. I have tried allsort to get intouch with id mobile with no joy .. the chat bot is a absolute joke and is totally useless.  You have no email or phone number .. and all I want to do is get phone  delivery for tomorrow as im off work or cancel the whole thing. And will go with a proper company with a customer service  Why as a company are you making this all so hard just to get a phone delivered 

Has anyone has issue with the PAC and changing it over? I’ve been given the pac number and put all info in but says it’s unsuccessful?  not sure what to do as I don’t want to be charged from 2 networks and my number be lost once switched my sims over? 

Recently joined ID. I’m not receiving all text messages, sometimes they arrive after 2 days, now it says message send failure. Everything else works just text messages. I did transfer my old number over from Tesco. I notice when I check in My Number it still has ID phone number and not mine? Tried to change but it won’t save??

I am unable to follow the instructions to activate my replacement SIM. I am asked if I have an ID account. If I say yes a code text is sent to my phone number to enter before I can proceed, but I can’t see this because I can’t view my texts without a working SIM. If I say no then I am told there is a problem and I am unable to proceed. How do I escape this loop and activate my SIM. Thank you.

My phone is stating ‘no sim’i have updated my phone, I have removed the sim to gently wipe and restarted the phone, nothing is working 

I have upgraded from an iphone 10 to an iphone 16 and the sim card is not compatible. How do I get a new SIM or eSIM?

Since my number ported to ID, I receive calls on the correct number, but when I make a call or send a text, the receiver gets it from the temporary ID mobile number. I can't find a way to contact you to resolve this.

Hi, I am a new customer and have just purchased an iPhone 16 pro with ID mobile. I have inserted the SIM card provided but there is no signal. Calls, text and mobile data does not work.When inserting the sim in to my old phone, iPhone 13 , it works but not in my new one. The iPhone 16 pro says it is unlocked and not restricted to a particular network. Please can you help .Thanks
