I am already a customer with a plan i am happy with. I have a new handset. Can i please be sent a new activation QR code to transfer my exsisting virtual sim to my new device. Thank you,

Swapped phones but my sim has stopped working. Samsung galaxy

Hi, just had new iPhone delivered used my old sim from previous iPhone but showing as no network

My iD SIM has mobile data working, but I cannot make or receive calls. My iPhone detects the physical SIM, but Settings does not show Voice & Data or a VoLTE/4G Calling option of show a phone number. Under Settings → General → About, the Physical SIM shows Network: Not Available.

So my old phone number was successfully transferred over on the 28/08/2026 and my phone and SIM settings acknowledge this. But when calling and texting people it’s coming through to them as a different number (original new number of SIM before my old number was transferred over). This issue is also being experienced by my partner and her phone was transferred over a whole month before I even made my switch to ID mobile. I was previously with Giff Gaff and she was with the Three network. How can we fix this as people are thinking we are Hoax/Spam calling and texting them as all are calls and texts are coming through on this different number? We are both android users. (Samsung Galaxy A05s & Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5g).

I have recently upgraded my phone. I have transferred the sim an kept my number in my new phone.  However the new direct debit has been set up linked to a new number. What do I do?

I need to replace eSIM with physical sim

New sim

"I have an iPhone purchased from Carphone Warehouse that locked to iD mobile via Apple's Reseller Flex Policy. I am getting the 'SIM Not Supported' activation error. I have been advised that only iD mobile can request the phone be unlocked, however live chat have been thoroughly unhelpful in trying to achieve this. Can anyone from iD mobile help to resolve this issue? I’m trying to donate the old iPhone SE to my granddaughter, and feel like it shouldn’t be this hard ☹️ TIA

I rung up today about getting my sim activated to mqn on the phone said my phone would be working in an hour my phone is still not working

I would like a sim that is data only for a IP camera . How long with the data credit last before i have to top up again

My sons phone has gone black it doesnt seem to charge or switch on there are no icons on the screen

My phone was stolen and I got a physical replacement sim from curry’s. I activated it but haven’t got any email saying that it’s ok

Hi. I have had a sim with ID for over 2 years. Recently, I bought 2 esims from a different company. I have a Google Pixel 7 so I am unable to have more than 2 e/sims. I decided to disable my ID sim as it said it would not cancel my contract with IDmobile (which made me assume that I would be able to easily just turn it back on). I am now unable to turn my sim back on even after disabling one of the sims which means I am not able to send or recieve calls or texts to my phone number. I am trying to get a replacement esim through the app however it keeps sending me a verification text message which is really unhelpful since i CANT GET a text message. (My phone settings say my sim1 is unavailable and my phone number is unknown). Is there any way I can please get a replacement esim without the text verification while keeping my phone number? Thank you so much

I’ve bought a new phone . Do I need a new eSIM or is there a way to transfer the old one ? I want to keep same number and plan

My phone isn’t working
