I cannot access one of my sims to change my pin number. Can someone please help?

I've been with ID for a few years, no issues with signal at all. Upgraded to Pixel 9 Pro XL and signal drops out as soon as leave my house and is very unreliable, generally. The handset is also very unreliable when it comes to using Google wallet in some shops. I have to lock and unlock my phone multiple times before it'll work. Interestingly, when I encountered a similar issue at a fuel station, a message popped up asking me to only present one card at a time. Google Wallet has a default set up so I don't understand how I could be presenting more than one card. I've tried restarting my phone, on/off with flight mode and restart etc. I've attempted to contact ID but get trapped in a loop with the chat bot which is very frustrating. Hoping someone here can help.

Since the launch of Nothing Phone 3a and 3a Pro, when will be able to order one with a sim via iD?

I’ve had 4 numbers (for myself and various family members) for many years. They were all paid for by me and under my name. I now just have 2 numbers with ID; my wife and daughter. I’ve created a “new” online account successfully, but I can’t add either of their numbers. I’ve tried using name/DOB for me, my wife and my daughter, but it says “details not recognised” in all cases. Previously I had a separate online logon for each phone number, which was a bit awkward but worked. Sounds like I’m not alone. Please could you advise how to proceed Regards, Martin Wilkinson

Hi A couple of weeks ago people were receiving my text but I wasn’t getting their replies. Days later they all came flooding go in on my phone, which was too late. My phone then started to work again ok but it has happened again. I’m at the point where I’m waiting for the replies to come flooding in. Anyone any idea on if this is going to keep happening.

My eSIM was hacked earlier today, along with my online ID account. Both of my phone numbers were transferred to new SIMs/eSIMs without my authorization. Following this, my contracts were upgraded, and the delivery address was changed to a location in London. When I spoke to a representative via live chat, she acknowledged that there was suspicious activity but did nothing to prevent it from continuing. I specifically requested that my online account and both phone numbers be blocked, but that was not done. Later, I called the lost/stolen phone line to report the incident and have both numbers blocked. During the verification process, I was told that my profile details didn’t match—unsurprising, since the fraudsters had already changed my information. I was then asked to submit a selfie with my passport as proof of identity, after which I was informed that my online account had been blocked. I have a household with 4 boys, I’ve created accounts for 3 of us using different emails. My youngest now needs a sim but can I add this to my existing email address rather than creating yet another one ? I would like to sort this asap.

I cancelled my account a while back and I just received an email saying I owe money. Logged into my account and its showing I have 2 payments due??? I had this account for over 2 years but the lack of signal on my phone forced me to change. Can you tell me why I am being billed for this when it has been cancelled. Thanks

I've just been looking on uSwitch at SIM only contracts. I have seen that iD are offering me more expensive contracts through the app as an upgrade than what's available with iD on uSwitch. Is there any way I can keep my number and get the same offers that are available through uSwitch? Some examples are a 1 month 108GB data contract for £9pm. If I look a similar offer on the iD app, I'm looking at a higher price than this.

My phone service has recently stopped working properly. It will be fine one minute and the next it’s completely gone for up to 45 mins at a time. The issue isn’t the area I’m in as it happens constantly throughout the day no matter where I am. How do I fix this?

Despite receiving messages from ID mobile claiming to attempt helping me with my Gift Card. I’m still at a standstill. No response from Curry's store, since they were sent an email from Rob last Friday in store concerning Gift Card activation. Will somebody please offer support. No point giving a customer a Gift Card that’s not been activated. it appears other people experiencing same problem.
