Ok. I was going to Ireland from the UK and at the UK ferry pory i turned on roaming as i can use my allowance in Ireland. Then mid way across i get a message that i was near my cap and had £25 lobbed ontop of my monthly bill. Whats this all about? Thanks

I want to make a WhatsApp video call from my UK ID mobile to a French mobile while I am roaming in France. We cannot access wifi so obviously I want to avoid excessive data charges. Anyone done this? Any idea of the cost? Advice welcome!

I did register with my temporary number then read somwhere that I should have waited until my number got switched, so now wont let me login because the records does not recognise my switched number. I’ve received my new Idmobile phone and SIM card (new number going to switch from old provider). The phone works but the SIM card is showing no service. Have tested it in my old phone and it also doesn’t work. i think the SIM card needs activating but when I try that on the idmobile activate my sim I get an error message. I can’t register for my online account as it wants to send a confirmation text to my new phone but the sim is unable to receive anything as no service. How can I activate the sim?

Yr not alone, I’ve been trying for more than a wk now. move contacted ID mobile direct on there contact tel no. Where they once again took all my relevant details & confirmed my Gift Card ref No. Was told wait 24- 48 hrs & it will be activated when I visit Currys. Sadly NOT. Manager Aden claimed he has emailed Currys Medics Team who should sort this issue. I also learned the Medics Team are working on a skeleton crew. Was told to go confirm all my Account details with ID mobile guy. Which I did again. Was finally told after going around in circles it’s possible we should have been sent E gift in form of email???? Not An actual Gift Card. Crazy as they send a courier to ur house from Royal Mail for which you have to provide a specific pin to take delivery of Gift Card We can put a Man on the Moon, but Currys can’t sort Customers Gift Cards!Beggars Belief! I have recently joined id mobile and have received my sim and everthing went ok so I ordered another sim card for my wife but forgot to add her pac code. I have been trying most of the day to add it but cannot get past the chat who will not accept that my wife was messaging them to ask them to apply the pac code. Through this experience I have now decided that ID mobile is NOT the servive provider I expected and wish to cancel both accounts but can't even find out how to do that on their website so I am hoping I can find the answer here please🙏. Can I just cancel both direct debits?
