Requested my number be ported and provided pac code on 28th may. It is now the 16th July and still not able to use my old number. Rather infuriating to say the least because I've attempted to redo the pac submission and now an error message appears saying it's not possible to process code.

EE issued me a pac code for two numbers. MY partner has followed the procedure to transfer her phone number over and has gone through with no complications. I have tried the same procedure and had not no luck, its come back with a message saying " we have tried to process your PAC but there is a issue with the information provided. Please can you help me transfer my number please?

I’m trying to upgrade but every time I try & check out it says I need an Email address onto my account. I obviously already have an email address added onto my account so what’s going on here?

Purchased an ID Sim, got my PAC code from my old network provider, filled in the form on my welcome e-mail link to port the number, selected 12/06 to complete this and its still not done. 'Hi GEMMA, we've got your request to switch your mobile number to iD Mobile. Your switching date is 12/06/2024. You'll get a SMS from us once your switch is complete. No text received and still running on the ID number but urgently need it on my original m9bilenumber as waiting for several phone calls for various hospital and nedical appointments. Double and triple checked the details I submitted as per the welcome e-mail and it still hasn't worked. Help?

My account is barred after paying this month's bill and next month's bill. Tried resetting my phone and it's still not back on. I need my services back on ASAP due to needing my phone for work Saturday.

I paid my bill last night as it was overdue I hadn't realised the direct debit didn't go out, but the bar on services has still not been lifted how long does this take

Hello All just switched to Id mobile brought my old number from other provider using the pac code after switching I can make the call but can’t receive the calls and no internet any idea ? I have tried sim out, clean, airplane mode switch on and off

Recently upgraded to iphone15, i can send i message’s no problem, but when i try sending text messages it keeps saying message failed to send. ive done alot of the tips i could fine and it still did nothing. thankyou for any help

My signal is absolutely shocking I can t speak to family or friends because of this my dad couldn't tell my he was ill and needed my help it's disgusting My brothers and family get really frustrated and angry because when they call me they just can t hear me or I can t hear them I had to walk all over est in rain today to try and get signal !!. I m sending phone back and cancelling my contact WORST company I ve ever been with

Has anyone else had this happen? I changed my direct debit instruction, namely a change of bank, in ample time, with 3 weeks until the next installment. All seemed to go normally, with the money taken. Then it was immediately repaid back into my account as unpaid, even though the funds had been successfully taken. The bank account was funded, in credit, with more than enough to cover the DD. I contacted my bank the next day who said the problem was at ID mobiles end. Im not sure how true this is, as they seemed as confused as to why the DD would fail as I was, given the funds were there, and probably just didnt want the hassle of dealing with it. I do not want to pay in any other way than Direct Debit. That is what I set the account up as & this is the only way I intend to pay, however it says I can only change my DD instruction once every six months, so cannot change the instruction again & am thus denied service.

I have two contracts with iD…. Contract one is now outside of contract… is there anyway I can cancel my contract 1 and move my number to contract 2?

I’ve had this option disabled on my phone since I got it at the start of the year and had full access, everything was fine. However, over the past week, it sporadically blocks me. It’ll work in the morning and when I go there in the afternoon the page comes up saying that the filter IS enabled but when I check it quite clearly isn’t. this page keeps coming up even though filter is disabled Content Control | iD Mobile Network I use this for work and its infuriating trying to access sites and being denied. I’ve tried turning it on and off again, restarting my phone, contacting customer services and it still doesn’t work. Anyone else had issues with this? Customer service can’t seem to help so I’m at a loss what to do.

Why can't I enter the date to switch my number 28 days after receiving the PAC code?
