I previously had an iD Mobile contract under my mum’s account, but now I want to have my own. I’ve purchased another iD Mobile SIM, but I’m unsure how to transfer my number from my mum’s account to mine. How can I go about doing this?

I have just been to the USA and despite paying my monthly bill and paying for extra minutes as advised, all calls remained blocked and the “capped limit “ is set at the maximum. I had a call termination while at my son’s bedside in hospital contacting his insurers. I had the same problem in Holland 3 months ago while trying to call a breakdown service. Despite visiting the app, there is no way to get help or restore the service. How do I get a refund before I terminate my subscription?

Hi.Just changed phone to a Samsung A40.My original ID mobile sim wouldnt work for calls (in or out) so after going through setting with chat operator I was sent a new sim.Still have same problem with new sim I tried the following:Lebara sim in the A40 and it works fine.New ID mobile sim in a S21 Ultra and it works fine.Another ID Mobil sim that currently works in an S24 Ultra, this works fine in the A40.  So why is the new ID mobile sim not working in the A40? Please help before I pull any more hair out. 

Tried to get add on of USA data from app and account but it says Whoops something when wrong. Try again later. 

Switched to ID Mobile yesterday from Vodaphone. Can’t now make calls on either and wishing I hadn’t changed. 

When i send texts to my wife also on i d  mobile it says they are coming from a different number when she blocks that number she cannot receive my texts what's going on ??

Bin paying me contract thinking av got 5g no chance its 4g when you lot say 5g so am payin for 4g wot a joke how do i sue id for lieing about my phone has 5g proper scumbags il never go back to id absolutely scum

My partner took out a contract & ported her old number across.For some reason anytime she sends an SMS it goes through on the number she got from ID mobile when she took out the contract however when she calls someone it goes through on the number she ported across.Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Hi, I didn’t receive a welcome email so I didn’t get a transaction code. I’m switching over to ID mobile. Can someone help me? I’ve looked at live chat and it doesn’t show up once, ive even called and couldn’t get an answer. I’ve been waiting for 3 days.

Have been on a £10 plan for past 12 months. Then suddenly on the app it tells me my new plan is £41.99 ! How can that be the case ?

I want to get a second SIM for my partner who's visiting the US but I don't know whether she'll be able To use it to contact other US numbers while she's over there and when she comes back from her holiday can she still use it in the UK to receive calls and SMS From those over in the USA? Thanks in advance because I don't seem to get any information from iD

Hi, I have an Iphone SE Gen2 and recently been having an issue where calls will not come through.  My husband for instance will call me, it rings all the way to voicemail - I get no notification of an incoming call - no missed calls etc.I am also having issues making outbound calls. - it doesn’t ring, it just hangs and then disconnects. I have updated the phone to the latest IOS - reset network settings etc etc  I cant contact IdMobile - obviously hey are now an “Online” only customer service team which I use lightly as after waiting 90minutes on their online chat they simply disconnected with the message “Our Team is Unavailable” Never thought I would have to turn to an online forum for help rather than customer service. So I am short of giving up unless someone here can help?  

How do I go about giving my pac code over to keep my old number? I can’t get through to anyone and I can’t find any number to call. Thankyou 

When trying to access IDmobile websire on my A22 Samsung phone I get message “Sorry you have been blocked”. The company appears to be Cloudflare which recommends contacting site owner with Cloudflare id .. 8fc3bb8a3adf768c. So has anyone else had this issue if affects both the App and website access. Strangely my laptop can access site successfully. Any clues o what is going on here or what could be cause? Doug

I recently transferred my old id mobile number to Vodafone as I have a new contract with id mobile and want to keep my old number. When I try to submit the pac to bring my old number across, id mobile reject it saying I can’t bring id mobile to id mobile.

The links to redeem Apple codes are not working. I've tried the three of them lots of times. I used live chat and was sent another link by the person I spoke to but doesn't work either. Can you help.

When I took the plan out it offered 3 months, yet no email to say how to activate or get the offer., NO emails received with offer or when Sim arrived. Site is very poor in it’s setup - no live chat etc
