Sim Sent in Error

I was sent an additional SIM card in error I have explained at length the mistake via live chat yet you are still trying to collect the Direct debit which is cancelledIf you need copies of the conversations held I have transcripts I can send You may also want to consider the terms of the Direct Debit Guarantee “If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society”I look forward to your reply

Updated app no longer shows current usage

Since updating my app, it no longer shows the dashboard which shows how much I have used in the current month and how much of my allowances I have left. How can I find this out?

When will I be able to log on to the new app, or the old one?

Will it ever work again? 14 days and counting, still can’t get to my online accounts! The information and excuses are woeful. What is happening, when will this be fixed, I’m sick of the “just bear with us” messages and the boast that 100,000 accounts are working well on the new App. Awful, just awful 😞

Spending cap reached. Payment made.

Whilst roaming in Europe I unexpectedly hit my spending cap of £25. I've since made a payment to my account of £25 but the spending cap didn't reset and I'm stuck in Europe, unable to use my phone. Please advise.

Number not ported

My wife and daughter have recently moved from Three to ID Mobile. We requested both numbers be ported on Friday 5th April 2024. My daughters mobile has ported over with no issues. However, my wife's number hasn't ported across as yet. If we've requested this to be ported on a specific date is it normal for it to take longer and if so how much longer should we wait before requesting this issue is escalated

need help!

I disconnected my services and transferred my mobile number to a different network as was no longer satisfied with the service I was paying for so I left before my upgrade date which was 31st of March but because it was Easter I left on the 3rd of April and now iD mobile expect me to pay £45.05. They sent me an email saying £0 outstanding balance but when I login to my iD mobile account it says £45.05 outstanding, so which is correct! The email or the account 🤔 screenshots of the evidence, email and my iD mobile account.

I signed up to get a contract phone 5 days ago. I have had email saying the phone was out of stock and I havet heard anything from anyone about it. I have tried logging in but it asks for my id mobile number I dont have one.

Allowance cut with no notice

My monthly allowance was unlimited minutes and unlimited textsLooking on the app today, when it stays up, this has been reduced to 500 minutes and 5000 textsThis is a reduction which I was notified aboutDoes NOT appear on the new contractsWill I be getting a rate reduction for my reduced package?If ID Mobile are happy to just change peoples contracts without notice. I might take my business elsewhere...

Network Down? emergency calls only and no mobile internet

Hi there Ive been on emergency calls only for several hours now, is anyone else having the same issue? I know the app is having issues, but I dont see how that would affect the network. Can anybody help me know whats going on pls? Thanks

Can login to website but not app

Just registered and created a new 64 character password. Tried to log into the Android app but it seems to truncate my password to 32 characters and says username/password invalid.Is there a 32 character password limit and I need to change my password? If so, there needs to be better on screen info when registering and it needs to be the same across the platform.

Need to Pay my bill but can't access my account

My pay was late and my direct debit didn't go through. I've been sent a text saying that my account has been suspended until I pay but I can't get into my online account to pay. If I pay over the phone, it will take 3-5 days to clear. I've been trying to access my online account for days.

SIM card

Hello! I can’t seem to get hold of you for help. My SIM card won’t work and won’t recognise a Network. I’ve reset the network settings on my phone, turned off and on etc but still no joy. Just come back from abroad and took SIM out for a week and it won’t recognise it now I’ve put it back in my phone. Can you help please? Thanks!
