additional roaming charge
I paid for additional roaming for Turkey. £20 for 10gb but could not get this to work so therefore not used it. The £20 is on for the next bill but i need this taking off.

Cannot download latest bill
Not the first time this has happened. I received notification that my latest bill was ready several days ago however I’m still unable to download it. The other links still work however when I click the Download as PDF link for Sept 2025, I get the Oops… something went wrong. Please try again message.

Unable to download Sept bill
I am unable to download my bill for September but all my older bills are downloading fine. It's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone and then when I do eventually get through on the live chat or FB messenger it's like one message from the agent every 30mins.....and counting!

cancelled direct debit - what's going on?
I keep getting texts from ID saying my direct debit has been cancelled by my bank. My bank deny it, ID reinstates it, and the whole process starts again. I don't know what to do?

Unable to add another mobile number to my account
Hi, I'm unable to add another mobile number to my account, to view bill etc. After entering number, surname and DoB, it states 'Sorry your details do not match our records'. Extremely frustrating. I've tried adding via app & online, same message. Obviously something must match as ID are debiting my bank every month.

why rest of the world roaming charge for Rhodes ?
Hi ive been to Rhodes for a few days and the charges havnt been included with EU roaming ie free. They have come under rest of the world roaming which is strange. Why is this please as Rhodes is EU ? Thankyou

trying to pay outstanding bill
My wife tried to buy me a new phone for my birthday. However, as it was amazingly cheaper on ID mobile outside the app, it wasn’t bought through my account. as ID would only port number via 3 way port, which is too much hassle, she cancelled the phone before delivery. to prevent money being taken she cancelled the direct debit. Now ID want circa £4, but we have no details on how to pay it Phone number was

Why is my direct debit coming off on the 17 September when my billing period is 3 September . When is the direct debit date because logic would assume it is the same S billing date?

I am deployed overseas with the armed forces, i dont have access to my ID Mobile Phone and keep receiivng threatening mail about a collection agency. You dont have a agent i can call its all automated. What do i do? I do not like this customer service and will be cancelling my phone

missed payment cleared, still barred after 3 days
I accidently missed a payment for my daughter's phone plan. Her phone was/is barred even though I made the payment over the phone using iD's automated payment service. Weirdly the automated service did not give me a payment reference number but the payment is on my bank statements so its definitely been paid. Ben 3 days now and the phone is STILL barred. I contacted customer service agents TWICE via chat bot and BOTH AGENTS DISCONNECTED THE CHAT AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR A REPLY FOR 10 MINUTES. Disgraceful service so far. We are only a few months old to the contract but I want to know how I can either get my daughter's phone unbarred or how to leave iD because frankly, the service is awful and the difficulty of getting a real person to talk to, is not worth it at all.

Posted to USA for 1-2 years with British Army and ID mobile wont lause
Hello, Any advice for this issue please? I am in the British Army and have been posted to the US for 2 years. I have approx 12 months left on my contract which was for Pixel 9 Pro and includes minutes/data. I called ID and explained this, and said I was obviously happy to keep paying back my phone, but could they pause the "SIM" usage charges. They said it was not possible. They're a member of the Armed forces covenant so it was a bit dissapointing as I'll now be paying to use a UK.phome for a minimum of 12 months while I'm not here. Any tips? Thanks

ID Mobile Cancelled your Direct Debit?
ID cancelled my direct debit and now they have accidentally blocked themselves from ever collecting a direct debit payment again. My issue is currently with the Curry’s CEO team but they are still totally clue less how to fix it, only saying I need to provide a new bank account to fix THIER mistake 🤣🤦‍♂️ I’m currently in the process of making a complaint to the regulator to fine ID for their absurd financial policies, blocking their own customers and charging them extra to manually pay. If this has happened to you also, please let me know so I can get you in touch with the regulator for compensation.

bills on new contract is showing couple months later
My contract ended on August 28th, so I chose a new one and changed it in my account, but the next bill shows that it will be available in November. Can you please explain this situation to me?

Hello, I am getting an email from no-reply@idmobile.co.uk about an outstanding balance on your iD Mobile account. There is no information about the number or account reference. Last time it did forward to a debt collection company. As I am not aware of this account how I will be able to resolve the situation without registering for an account and to terminate this annoyance. Who I should be contacting to provide me with the next steps so my email is removed from any associated account.
