I have started a new contract with ID mobile, switching over from O2. i got my welcome email form ID mobile and it included a new number even though I want to keep my old number. I used a pac code when i registered, so i wanted to verify that i will be keeping my old number

I'm struggling to sort out my number. I have switched my number via a pac code but the number issued by ID is showing on text messages. If I turn off rcs messages then it uses my correct number but left on ot defaults to the sim number. I've tried changing the number on settings but it defaults back to the wrong one. Please can someone tell me what else I can try?

I am 3 weeks into my ID mobile contract and my voice keeps cutting in WhatsApp, mobile and FaceTime calls.my sister has the exact same contract and phone and hadn’t had any issues…but I can see that others do here…Can anyone help?

i have been given a sim card at currys and would like to like to activate it for a data only for internet access on a boat i have a sim modem but would like to know how this works 

I can make calls but cannot receive abroad 

Have just moved over to ID from EE and have been unable to make calls or send text messages. Returned to store and was given a replacement SIM card but still having same issues.Grateful for any assistance before returning to the store again.  Thanks 

Hi.  I transferred to ID Mobile, and my aim contract starts tomorrow. When registering, I said I wanted to keep my old number, so I provided my PAC number. On one of the welcoming emails I received, it says I have a new number. Can anyone advise please?? thanks 

Hi All,Just wanted to check if anyone has had a similar experience to mine. I have requested to port my number from my previous provider, obtained the PAC code and been through the online process for this.Switch day should have been Monday23rd. Didn’t happen. Tried twice more, Tuesday and Wednesday. Still hasn’t happened so am still waiting.  My number still works on my old EE sim. I have not yet had a ‘Your number has switched to ID Mobile’ text.  Help please. Or do I just stay with EE?

I don’t have an email with activation code on it

Joined iD mobile a few weeks ago, very happy with the service. However when trying to log into my Amazon account I sometimes have to try to log in seven or eight times before gaining access, getting the unhappy Amazon dog telling me there is a problem at their end. I was previously with Sky and never had this issue, I have tried uninstalling Amazon but this does not improve the situation Does anyone have a solution please ? TIA

i dont know my new sim number

My number ported yesterday but it doesn’t seem to have worked fullyI can make calls and data is working but I cannot receive calls or textsCallers get the message "you have dialled an incorrect number" I have restarted my phone several times and I have reset network settings but still cannot receive calls or textsI have not received any messages or emails saying my port is complete so I guess something hasn’t worked?Can anyone help/advise?Thanks

Did not receive transaction number or welcome email

I have recently signed up for an unlimited pay as you go sim. Having recently arrived in the UK I won’t be transferring a phone number etc. The sim has arrived and my unlimited data is working well, however when I go to make a call nothing is functioning. I have tried doing a full reset of network settings on my iPhone but no joy. I wonder if I need to do some sort of setup via the id mobile app, but I can’t register as I don’t know my phone number. 

I joined ID on Tuesday 11 Feb, (three days ago) my old number is still not ported across…..how long before I submit a complaint/query?Thank you

Good day! I’ve tried to buy a phone with a SIM contract. I’ve passed all checks, provided card details, bank account, etc., and then came to the final page, but nothing happened. I’ve received the agreement, but no confirmation email, and the amount wasn’t deducted from my account. The page reloaded and showed an empty basket. I’ve repeated my purchase from scratch, and the same result occurred. What should I expect now? Will my account be deducted twice,  and/or will I receive a letter?  

Changed to id from 3 yesterday not sure if set up correctly can you check please I cannot do anything on my phone unless I am on WiFi

I bought a monthly contract and it arrived with my sim yesterday. I've put the sim in my new phone but the sim isn't active and I don't know how to activate it could you please help me.

I am new to ID, I bough a sim only plan and cancelled it with few day and bought another sim only plan. The SIM card which I cancelled has arrived. I’m yet to receive sim for the contract I want. Can the sim be swapped over so that I can start using the sim,

I have a problem where people can't hear me on voice calls but on WhatsApp etc. I've tried full reboots and read the articles and it seems to be a common problem. Do I need to get a new sim?I'll try to find an old phone and try the current sim in that one

I have activated and installed a replacement sim into my spare phone, which was previously used with three network.This was done over 12 hours ago and i still am not on the network. Could it be that the phone is locked or a faulty sim card?I have tried being patient, turning the phone on and off and putting airplane mode on and off and have now run out of ideas? help please
