I recently made a call to a friend who's in Denmark. I called her number which is an 07 number. I have checked my phone bill and there hasn't been any changes to this so far. Will this be classed as making an international call?

Hi, I've received a text saying my number has now transferred over. I can send and receive texts and call out but I cannot receive calls. If my number is called it goes straight to voicemail or rings my old phone. What do I do?

Is anyone using a sim in a 5g modem instead of a landline connection? If so, what is your experience?

Unable to connect to listen to voicemails. 123 dials and hangs up. The 07 version does the same. I see a call issues update on here that states RESOLVED. No it is not!!!! help please

My phone has not been working since Thursday. It does not allow me to connect a card from any network. It is definitely unlocked. The SIM card inserted into another phone does not work. I am writing to you for the second time. This is not serious. I have a lot of stress because of this and problems with doing my job. I have been to the service, contacted Apple and EE, and no one sees a problem. It was noticed that ID Mobile indicated that the phone is lost or stolen. This is a lie. I am its owner, and I always have. Please remove the fault immediately. If not, please provide information regarding the termination of the contract due to your fault.

I would be very grateful if you let me know how to terminate my contract with ID mobile as the service is not provided. The worst network provider ever. Keeps having problems all the time and now again 3g network down again. Nationwide this time. I'm absolutely fed up with this. I am looking for legal advice how to finish with this. ID MOBILE IS GOING DOWN. DEFINITELY!!!

I have just received a new phone in contract however when I plug it into charge (with an apple charger) it goes on and off charge repeatedly. I bought new cables and same thing. Anyone have any ideas?

This is disgraceful I broke down yesterday I couldn’t call ANYONE on the side of a motorway trying to get someone to stop to help it’s DISGUSTING that I’m paying for a service and after 9 days of complaining STILL NOT FIXED! Hi all 1st of all I'd just like to say please don't be too hard on Id mobile for the disruption & inconvenience that id are suffering at the moment As most of you know that id mobile & smarty piggyback of the 3uk network so if 3uk have issues with there network it effects id mobile & smarty & as I understand 3uk are doing work on the networks & with this bad weather we're having it's not helping the situation ! & I also understand other networks are having issues ! Nothing in today's life is perfect if it was we'd all be happier ppl (don't you agree) We all rely on our mobile phones too much these days I grew up in the world of if you had to make a phone call we had to find a public phone box & if it had been vandalised we had to find the next nearest 1 to us ! Hi, trying to cancel my sim pnly plan during cooling off period, can’t get through to chat due to obviouls other issues today (Thursday 23rd), but am well within 30 days postal cooling off period. Please cancel. Edd

My phone worked fully this afternoon but now it's not receiving or making calls again. Please sort it. I’ll be leaving this network if this sh** continues.

Two days now and still unable to make or receive calls, in spite of notices saying problem is resolved.. I've tried re-booting and turning airplane mode on and off with no sucess. The rest of the family are with Smarty which also runs on 3 network and they have had no trouble at all. The problem is there are no number to ring in order to speak to an actual person?

Has my contract been cancelled as per request via carphone warehouse. Has this been actioned as I've received a message sending my PAC code and saying that you shall continue to take payments if not used by expiry date which should of been done already in the carphone warehouse yesterday. If not i wish for the phone contracts for both myself and my husband Andrew Walker to be terminated by Monday 27/02/25 at the latest

Did anyone else get people trying to contact them claiming to be from idMobile or Sky during the period that the network was offline this week? I had emails telling me that my sim was corrupted which was why I was unable to make or receive calls, before I knew what was really going on. I naively allowed them to speak to me but they wanted all my bank details, card number and personal details to reset up my account. That wasn't happening, though they said my account would no longer be active leaving me without access to it but still have a bill to pay . I don't know how they got my email or knew I was a customer. Maybe a lucky guess but please be vigilant!!

How do I actually contact idmobile to ask for them to refund me for the service not working and also loss of earnings because my phone has been dead. My friend did warn me but there was a honeymoon period when everything was ok, now utter shite, 3 days+ I cannot make calls, sort this out, it is not acceptable. Also I have had no Comms telling me there was a problem, seriously going off this 'service provider' providing what exactly, a piss poor service!

I stopping my payments to this ridiculous scamming company of yours.. just stupid how this network can simply dam sell and scam money oof people and network is so just frigging circus. Simple calls can’t be made or received. This is just emergency calls don’t go through either people are going be claiming insurance from you when they can’t call 999 just stop taking money off people
