I recently switched from Three to ID MOBILE and am so sorry that I did. Is really bad levels of service normal for ID Mobile?The ordering process went fine, i ordered the phone on a Thursday got an email saying it would be delivered on the Friday however the phone did not arrive. With the holidays decided t wait and the tracking did not update. On the Tuesday tried online chat with no success eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone to be told that phone was lost or stolen and they would have to start an investigation that would take a minimum of 7 working days. the next day the phone arrive, great i thought but that was only the start of my issues.The sim card sent didn’t work, tried online chat spoke to multiple people on the phone and nobody could help. Eventually got through to someone who said they thought that I had been sent the wrong sim card. They suggested travelling to a Currys store to get a blank one. This has been a 2 week long process from getting my phone to changing numbers which sadly is still not completed. I did the triangle port as id mobile do not offer number transfers to another contract within id mobile, I set the date as a week ago today for my old number to be transferred to my new contract got the message to say it’s been completed which I thought was all fine. Messaged a friend and they asked who is it, when I call someone my number is my new number but not on messages it is the number that came with my new phone. I’ve tried to change it in settings on my phone, won’t allow me! Then also I’ve tried to cancel my old contract but it also won’t allow me as the line has been disconnected. I’m really out of options now and it’s really frustrating spending all my free time trying to sort a ‘simple’ thing out!!

A few nights ago I had a lengthy chat with one of your live assistants, I was hoping to get a new sim and do an internal number transfer, they explained I Can not do this so I just went and upgraded my current sim on the same deal. I Explained the Sim package that I had purchased on a 12 month contract had not been used and was within the cooling off period and as I no longer need it can I cancel it. The insisted this had been actioned, however today I have gone on my account and I can still see the package is active, they did no cancel it and I would like to speak with someone to have this cancelled. The live chat is hard for me to get the time to speak with someone due to working hours, I was unable to find a support email so have come here for an async discussion to see if I can please have this sim cancelled as I do not want to be paying for it for 12 months and requested termination during the cooling off. Thank you

I have been trying for a week to get a pac code to keep my id mobile number when my contract ends next week. I tried everything, through the app, using the shortcode and dob, and live chat - where I was basically lied to after being on chat for half an hour and told it was resolved and would come through shortly, only for the same error message! Message as follows: Hi JAMES, we've encountered an issue processing your PAC request. This could be due to required maintenance or an unexpected system issue. Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience - iD Mobile ID mobile, please assist urgently, I need this PAC code sorted! Regards

I activated my new eSIM and ported my number from Vodaphone last week to find the ID signal in my area is poor to non existant, dispite the coverage checker showing no issues and a supposedly strong 4G signal.  Never had an issues with Vodaphone.

I've been having problems with losing signal for several months now. I switched to an eSIM card and the problem is still the same. I've never had this problem with other networks. The problem occurs in different locations.

I have a Pixel 6 and voice over WiFi is not working for me. Voice over Wifi setting is turned on My number appears correctly under sim settings RCS chat works fine and my number also appears correctly there Dialling #*#*INFO#*#* lets me see the IMS settings where voice over WiFi is ‘Unavailable’ I have just spent over an hour on live chat to someone who offered 0 help and disconnected meAs far as I understand, this setting is on the ID mobile side. Can you advise how I can get someone from ID mobile to look at this issue for me? I will be cancelling and complaining if this is not resolved, as I pay for the advertised calling over WiFi. 

During a call the call cuts out. When I start again it cuts out usual within 3 mins. How can this be fixed? 

Wish to change direct debits in payment to another bank

Hi, I’m not sure but I think my contract with my IPhone 15 is due to end in November 2026.I do actually like the Galaxy 24/25/26 Ultra.Which is the best/cheapest way to get the Galaxy phone, can I sell my iPhone , do I need to pay off my existing contract?Just not sure how the best way to make these changes happen.Any help would be appreciated please.  

I have an Honor Magic 6 contract with ID that runs out in less than 30 days.Carphone warehouse had a brilliant offer on the Magic 8 so I have started a new contract with ID as I was not eligible for an upgrade.I have received the new phone and now want pay off the old contract, and to transfer my number.The support help is misleading, some say it is not possible, some say you can triangulate the number by getting a PAC, moving the number to another SIM that isn't ID, and then moving it to the new phone.Please can somebody confirm if this method will work for me?I have had this number for over 15 years and can't comprehend how I cannot move it from ID to ID... But I could have if I upgraded with them...

My god, hardest network iv ever owned, can’t ever get a human for conversation, my bill is paid every month, iv asked multiple times for my bill to go direct debit on the 26th monthly even done it via the app myself, yet its the 10th and line it off and asking for money when my bill is not due by the date on app till 18th, so unless I pay that and again another as it’s now asking for next month too so again before I can again try setting direct debit to 26th when I get paid, I am disabled and need my phone for emergencies, I always pay and iv set this up 4x now and sent may emails and still having the same trouble, it’s just been Christmas new year funds are low as many and paying 2 bills is something I can’t do, it should be by now set at 26th by direct debit… I still under contract or id leave this network, been nothing but problems.

Hello all, I've been with ID now for over a year, and when I went into the app I saw that my Unlimited data had now been reduced to 8gb. I'm not sure if this is an error on IDs end or my plan has been changed against my wishes. Any help is appreciated, djc

I believe there's a bug on the ID mobile community... I have to keep resetting my password for the community despite my community account and actual ID mobile account use the same credentials. Main account continues to work, but I go to login to the community and get invalid username/password despite only resetting it a few days ago, to the exact same password I set 2 days ago, then I can login again

I'm trying to understand the roaming beyond article. It has the destinations on the list we are travelling to but I don't understand if I will be charged and if so how much? & if I am even able to use my mobile data or call the UK from Poland and Kefalonia? Can someone shed some light please? Or does it go on what plan you have? Thanks!

I've seen an offer on a price comparison site with iD but I'm not getting that offer for my upgrade.I've tried calling the 08000490250 but it's not giving me the option to speak to someone. Also, it's not accepting the Customer Service pin even though I got it from my app.Please help 😩

URGENT: iD mobile SIM card not working on either Oppo CPH1877 (Oppo R17 Pro) nor Samsung Galaxy A8 Star (Samsung SM-G8850)Did receive text messages on Oppo but could not call out and could not receive calls (either inside flat nor outside flat). Switched on and off and still does not work. Went to Currys Store who could not fix issue. They replaced the SIM card and now no service whatsoever on either SIM card. Very frustrating as have important GP calls on Thurs 8 Jan and Fri 9 Jan so need phone to be working. Did ask before joining iD mobile if SIM Card would work on 4G Android phones and was told on Live Chat that they would work. Also bought £6 plan. If doesn’t work, how get PAC code to switch to network which does work and get £6 refund asap, pls? Very frustrating as initially enquired with Live Chat. I’ve been trying to get an answer from ID mobile but they just keep repeating terms and conditions/copy & paste type replies. This is just a question about upgrading before the standard upgrade date. Scenario 1:I’ve been on a 24 month contract and I’m a few months off my upgrade date but I want to upgrade today (this is all theoretical). If I want to I can move to a different provider, get a new phone, transfer my phone number and pay the early-exit/contract-termination fee. Say, for example, £100. In this scenario ID Mobile have received £100 and lost a customer.Scenario 2:As above but I ask ID Mobile if I can pay the early-exit fee (£100), stay with them and upgrade my phone.In this scenario ID Mobile have received £100 and kept a customer.Of either of those scenarios, scenario 2 is clearly better from a business perspective for ID Mobil
