I have been informed that I need to download an updated app as at the moment I cannot access my personal information. I have an iPhone 7 with the latest ISO 15 ; however the updated app says it is only suitable for ISO 16 and above.Any advise? I have spoken to a Customer Complaints advisor but of no help
A month I bought a Samsung ultra contact and my sim wasn’t transferred with the new number also no payments have gone out of my account. How do we get this resolved
I have 2 id mobile numbers but the 2nd one i can't add to the app or via app on the web. It errors with the details are incorrect but they are not. Please advise. Thanks.
Hello, I'm trying to edit my home/billing address in the app. I've managed to change all other lines ( postcode, town, etc ), but the street name box is totally unresponsive. The cursor will appear in the box but I can't delete the current information, nor add any other text. Please help!
I recently changed my email on the ID app, so I was logged out and asked to sign in with the new email, but when when attempting to log in with the original password it wasn’t accepting it, despite me not having changed it. I have tried to reset my password using the forgotten password link, but when I enter my email address the emails aren’t coming through, even after pressing the re-send button multiple times.I’ve tried this on multiple browsers but the issue persists, and I’ve also checked my spam emails and they aren’t landing there either. Please can someone help me out with this because I really need to change my plan online, but I can’t do this without being able to sign in to my account
I received a txt message yesterday regarding a PAC code and that my phone number is switching even though I didn’t request this. I used ID mobile Chat to speak to an advisor to indicate I did not request this. It appears that my email address has been hacked and someone was trying to control my phone number for Fraud purposes. I was told that the PAC code was cancelled and my number was not changing.However this morning I got another txt saying ID mobile have received my switch request and my final bill will be issued the day after my disconnection. I now have no access to my phone and someone else on a different network is using my number. Firstly I am upset that I have chatted to 3 different individuals on the chat and none were of any help with 2 of them saying the PAC transfer was cancelled when this was not the case.I now need another SIM card so that I can continue to use my phone on the Plan that I am subscribed to. Can anyone help get me a new sim card and number and associat
I signed up with the above offer, transferring my number over, but I've received no communication about the voucher or how to claim it?
Had to update the ID app and now receiving "Sorry, your details do not match our records." message. Same issue on phone and PC. Received an email saying “Hi XXXXX, Great news - your iD Mobile online account has been created! To get started, simply log in and follow the steps to add your plan. Thanks, The iD Mobile Team” Followed the steps and it’s not working. Please sort. Thanks
Trying to log in after the latest IDmobile phone app update, but can't get past the stage of entering my phone number details? It keeps saying the the details are incorrect, but phone number, surname and dob are a correct? Have tried the old phone number that came with my SIM years ago before transferring to my own number, but still no go? Need to get access to my latest bill.

I had a load of saved voicemails from my nan who passed away on the 15th of October this year I've just gone to listen to them and they have gone , I'm heartbroken they were there everytime I've accessed my voicemail previously I pressed the save button after listening when I've had one from her and they have been there when I've picked up new messages but today all I got was you have 2 new messages no mention of saved messages I so want them back and want to know where they went

Rant alert!Summary: ID mobile security is not existent. My phone number was stolen! Yesterday at 09:24 I got a txt message to say a SIM activation was in process. I was unable to log into the account to deny it was me, I thought I would try again later as I was busy with work.Later that day I realised my phone signal was gone and only working from WiFi, checking my emails I can see that someone has reset my Amazon, PayPal and email account with my phone number so I was logged out! They were also able to work out my bank details from the accounts to try and access online banking. I managed to briefly get access to my accounts by using a recovery email, they then again kicked me out with the mobile phone number for password recovery method.I set up a live chat with ID mobile around 5pm and they advised me the phone number had been stopped, and to get another SIM, I opted to go to Currys and pick one up before the shut at 8pm. Hi,I upgraded my account to the £16 all unlimited 2 year account but the app shows i have 42GB/5GB data plan. And the website says I’m paying £16 for 5GB data plan. I have left it a number of weeks just to see if it took time update. Kind Regards Joe
I recently bought a new mobile phone thinking I could move my ID number from my old phone to my new phone but wasn’t able to (very annoying!). My old ID plan has now expired and I’m now on my new monthly ID Plan but I’m not able to add my new number to my account. It only sees my old number which has now expired so I can’t see any information online.when I try and add my number it says my details don’t match but I don’t see how I can get my phone number, surname and date of birth incorrect ! please can anyone help? It’s so irritating not being able to call and speak to someone to resolve this for me.
