How do I fix activating my iMessages,nothing at all is working…never had no issues before with other networks.. I’ve done all the usual things like resetting network settings…thanks

We need to upgrade one of our phones. We have 2 phones on different accounts. The one that needs an upgrade we don’t have access to the original email address that we used to log on. We last posted the following: I’ve been with ID for a number of years (two phones on separate accounts). One phone needs an update but we don’t have access to the original email address used. When we try to re register following the instructions on the help page “I've forgotten which email address my number is linked to in the iD Mobile app. What should I do?” but continually get the message “sorry your details do not match our records”. Any idea how this can be resolved. We were advise to go through chat & if that didn’t help get back to ID. Chat advised to re-register, which is the original problem. Since then we have been in contact with ID & supplied them with details, name, address phone number etc. But have still not had any resolution to our problem. Anyone got any idea as to where we go from here?

I ordered a phone wednesday, delivered Thursday, but missed as stuck in traffic, came today my son took a day of work, driver didn't even knock and not delivered.. I need the phone as going on holiday late Saturday and my phone is broken.. Help

Why is safe search on although I have deactivated it.. wi fi is fine. Ejected sim card re booted phone etc still no use. No flannel sort it or I will get another supplier It is clearly an id mobile issue. Fix it now. Barry

I am trying to switch my old number and its asking me for my 9 digit transaction number yet the transaction number on my invoice is only 7 digits?

I added another plan to my account for my wife. On my iD app I now have 2 plans both in my name. Can I rename the wifes plan with her name to make it easier to manage the plans?

My daughter was the victim of a malicious attack and all of the people in her WhatsApp group were permanently banned. We want to change her ID mobile number so that she can set up a new WhatsApp account. I have a sim for another network with a suitable number, can I just go ahead and activate it then use a PAC code even though she has her ID contract already running?

I entered the wrong code to verify account and now it says that my name and DOB don’t match and I cannot add the plan to my account.

I have been noticing since last two months that my data seems to disappear without even using it. My mobile phone shows (in settings → Connections → Data Usage) that I have only consumed a few hundred mb but when I login on iD mobile app and website, it shows that I have consumed data in gb’s. I know that I have not used anywhere near that much data. I am not sure if there is an error on iD mobile system or it is a tactic to make people upgrade to get more data spending more money. Can anyone at iD please help resolve this issue?

I’ve been with ID mobile for about a month now and still cant register on the App. It keeps saying details dont match what is on their records. Having chatted to 3 different chat advisors, who confirmed my details do actually match my account, one of them referred me to their ‘technical’ team. That was about 10 days ago and still nothing!!! Why is everything so difficult to sort out. I’m not on FB or X, so I cant contact them via a social media site. I keep getting emails about ‘oh look at this, check this out’ but how can I when I cant even access the App - appalling service!

Hi there As previous customers at ID Mobile, my partner and I recently upgraded to new phones in December after our 2 year contracts came to an end. I visited a shop to sell our old Samsung phones for cash. He informed me that my partners phone was locked but mine wasn't. Another store also told me the same thing. How is this, how can I check and how can we unlock her phone please? Many thanks for any help

All of a sudden, I couldn’t login to my IDMobile account any more. Then I tried to reset my password. But the email with the reset code never arrives. I tried several times, via website and via app, all the same. I checked junk email folder as well.

I just switched to ID, the number is working fine but when I try to add to account on APP or website it says details don't match. Unsure how to resolve this.

Hi, I can’t access my online ID account since this morning. My phone doesnot work and I do not recieve any one time passcode. 2 days back I recieved an email that you successfully changed your email id , however, I have not requested a change of email and this email went into spam which I noticed today only. The customer service on chat couldn’t verify my details so they were unable to help me out. What shall i do to get my account back. We recieved a text saying your new sim activation in progress , however we have not requested a new sim and have not recieved it. Please help. Thanks

Hi All, So tonight I tried to login to my account to download my bill (using a saved shortcut link that has previously worked) and when I clicked ‘next’ with my saved email address it went to the password page and then I added my password (from my Google saved passwords) and clicked ‘Log In’ and it gave me this error message (it took ~20secs between ‘log in’ and adding password) 🤔 I even tried it via a Google ‘iD Mobile Login’ search (other search engines are available 😁) adding my email and password manually and the same thing happened 😤The only way I could log in was via a link sent in an Email from iD Mobile 🤷🏻What’s going on?!?!?Anyone else had the same problem??All advice is welcome! x

Any engineers out there who can tell us when we can start using our phones?

Hi there, I have a new phone and have moved over my ID sim to this one from my old phone. I have tried calling 123, holding down number’1’ to access voicemail and also tried the longer number +44 7782 333123. All these come up with the voice message: “Sorry, your service does not allow you access to this number”. What does this mean and how do I get access to or set up my personalised voicemail? This seems to be a bigger issue with ID on this.

Hi everyone. I'm confused. I finally got my new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. Yay. I got my PAC from O2 this past Monday and did what I had to on ID mobile site to register the PAC with them and got the text to say we have the number switch over request for the following day. Tuesday came and went and nothing happened. I got an email notifying me of the delay and that ID mobile are working on it and shortly will credit my account due to the delay. Wednesday evening my old imported number shows now as the number on my phone when you look in the SIM area of the network settings and also when you look at the RCS setting in the messages. I can receive calls from some people on my ported number on the new phone and some calls still go through to the old phone. Why? Likewise with texts, I can receive most texts on the new phone with the imported number. I can send to my parents who are iPhone users but when they reply it comes through on the old phone. It seems my imported number is active on two phones and both have hit and miss service in terms of who can call or text me on which device. Very annoying as I don't want to run two phones for any longer than I have. Why is this happening? Plus if you try to call the number that originally came with the new phone and the ID mobile seems it says that the number isn't recognised. How long can the switch over take and is this normal? I've checked in my Google account settings and only one number is registered to the account - the imported one. Likewise I have turned RCS off on my old phone and "uninstalled" message app which doesn't really uninstall and seem to get texts only from iPhone users. Have turned phones off and on and take sims out and put back in. I'm confused. Anyone help?

I was previously able to login to my account via laptop when I signed up. I'm now unable to. Why? Anyone know how I login to my own account that i pay to be able to access without the app? Have asked the artificial 'help,' to be supplied with unhelpful scripted slop.
