Why are ID mobile charging me for two separate plans instead of just one plan like it’s always been?

I selected 07/10 for my PAC switch day. Kept on using my old Vodafone SIM card until the afternoon of the 7th and then I lost all network coverage for this, so I popped my ID sim in and thought the switch was nearly complete. I’m now 2 days delayed and my ID sim and Vodafone sim both have no network/coverage. My old Vodafone number (the one I’m trying to keep) has been switched off and I can’t make or receive texts or calls from new ID number. I can’t even log onto my ID app as it’s sending a confirmation code to my Vodafone number, which I can’t access. I’m really stressing out and not sure what to do, but it’s a shame you can’t talk to someone directly. I’ve tried the live chat about 10 times, but never get through to an agent and I’ve sent a message on Facebook, but still waiting for a response. does anyone have any advice on what to do? thank you!

Hi For some reason, I don't have my son's phone registered to the account with the other two contracts I pay. He's lost his phone today, and I can't sort a replacement because I can't log into the account when it sends a text to a number we can't access with the phone missing.  Please advise,  Kindest regards,  Claire

Afternoon folks Daughter turned 18 on the 5th of October. We had setup a SIM only account for I believe 12 months, we did not receive an email, but we have noticed the direct debit being setup. We tried to speak with someone online but they could not help. Our daughter is  AutisticSelective MuteDeafGLOBAL Development Delay  We have a Guardianship order from the Scottish courts to deal with Financial and Care needs  What we are looking for is the initial email with the esim attached so we can add it to her phone. But the online chat person just said email documents@idmobile.com The reply from that was saying it was ONLY for sending documents. Any ideas what else to try

My 2 year contract came to an end recently and usual I renewed via the same currys. There was no difference in my contract yet it appears for the first time my data rollover has not moved forward. Is this a change by iIDmobile as I do not recall this happening before when I have renewed?

According to the app, my contract runs out in June 2026 but I think it should be before this? There was an issue a while ago where my number was hijacked and in the process of sorting it out, I think my contract has extended without taking into account the period of time before the invident.

Cuckoo (eero Pro6) broadband kapootUsing Mobile Data for past few days and then last night I started seeing issues with certain APPs saying Not Connected, No Internet - type error messagesWeirdly some Apps work, but some don't and as per, the ones I use more often are in NOT category. Few examples: Chrome is allowing full access to all pages. But, it does state NO INTERNET CONNECTION along the top of the page. It does fall over when I try to open Google Account to check connected devices, etc. Eero app is allowing access, but after I log into account and select START SET UP Button, it timesout and error states CANT DETECT MOBILE CONNECTION.  Abs no doubt I have disabled something on settings or within Developer but unsure what and scared to factory reset in case i lose the lot as recovery email is old employer which i dont have access (daft I know).    

I’ve added a user to my account but now my app is stating PLAN DISCONNECTED and I can’t see any details

Hi, I have 4 numbers that I pay for but I can only manage 1.Im trying to add my kids numbers to my account so I can manage data ect but it always says your details are not recognised. I have tried signing up with their own email/details but still get the same message everytime. Thanks

How to reactivate planIS it possible to reactivate a deactivated plan? I still have the SIM card but because we hadn’t used the sim for months I stopped the monthly payment but would like to restart 

I’m looking to find my order number as I should have received a gift voucher for signing up to ID Mobile.  I waited the 120 days, and nothing arrived. I emailed GiftCloud and they asked for transaction number and order number from the original email.  I got the transaction number from ID Mobile but have no luck finding the order number.  Other posters have had the same problem, has anyone had any luck getting the order number from ID?

Hi, I have tried several troubleshooting methods to fix the issue where I’m not receiving SMS verification codes from some apps to create an account.The iD Mobile Live Chat function is useless. They do nothing to help, so I’m hoping this can help me.I have tried resetting my phone, restarting my mobile data, the only option left is to contact iD Mobile.Can somebody help fix this issue?

HiI’m new to ID.I haven’t got any signal since I joined last Wednesday and also when I try to login into the id account it tells me to enter the one-time passcode which I haven’t received it,tried several times.Can someone please help outthanks

Using S24, physical SIM card. Ported number over from Sky mobile when I bought contract from ID mobile. Please advise. Same probem on browser and using the app. 

I can't log in to my account. When entering my mobile number it says it doesn't exist. The number had not been used for a very long time but I still pay for the sim every month. I want to cancel but I can't without being about to log in

I do not have a welcome letter from ID so do not have a transaction reference number. I need the transaction reference number so I can provide you with my PAC code to keep my old number. Please can you advise as soon as possible. Thank you, 

I cannot unsubscribe from emails generated in id community and wish to switch them off. The unsubscribe button doesn't work as keeps generating a bad request page, how do I get out? 

HiI have two sons (minors) each with a phone on ID.It appears that there are two accounts - one for each of them.How can I get the two accounts merged so I can manage both of them together? TIA

I have kept my previous phone number. Not an ID Number.I “threw” the ID number after I switched my phone number.Now I can’t login to my ID account , because they ask the ID number.What can I do ?Thank you for your help  

My contract is due to end on 2nd November 2025.On 2nd September and again on 22nd September 2025, I received upgrade emails from iD Mobile with the subject lines “It's upgrade time, Oluwole!” and “Oluwole, meet the latest Pixel 10 series!”Each time I logged in to check my upgrade options, I was presented with a blank page. This issue is preventing me from upgrading my phone, despite being notified that I am eligible.I would appreciate it if this could be looked into and resolved as soon as possible.

Hi New customer of ID but have a query.  I signed up for a 30 day eSIM and tried through the online chat to change the tariff within my cooling off period but advised I can’t.I was advised as I was only a few days in to cancel the new contract and take out a new one. I opted to take another one but can’t as I am not a customer for 60 days! iI understand the reasons given - kind of - in that it’s credit checks etc but are there no means of overriding the system with a customer that has passed the checks in the 1st place Thanks

I switched to ID Mobile a few months ago. The temp number is still showing in my message settings but I ported my old number. How do I change it and get rid of the temp number? I can’t receive texts or OTPs because of this 

Hello. If I log into my ID, the only plan it is showing is inactive, if this is my old plan before I left and returned again, how do I get my new plan showing? I'm currently on ID with a contract so I definitely have an active ID plan.
