Just joined id mobile. I've been unable to get coverage when outdoors since joining. Can anyone help me please.

The signal seems to be really poor where I live and in some places the connection is no existent. This was made even more noticeable when my internet went off the other day and i had to try and rely solely on my phone.Sitting right now it is 1bar 4g, at my daughter's dance class it is zero, and many other places along the M8 it is very poor.I want to transfer my number to a different provider, and then give this SIM to my son as I am happy to pay the remaining months, and he will use it more for emergency phone/message/tracking type thing. What is the best way to do this?

how do i stop an add-on? i keep getting a text message that my add-on for morocco ends tomorrow (every day for last week!) and i got back fron Morocco over a week ago! I’m worried I’m getting billed for something i only signed up for a week for

Is it normal to have "customer support" send me 3 emails, two of which are blank, from a Gmail address? That seems incredibly unprofessional if that's how it's done.  

Please can anyone help. Is it normal for the switch to allow you to send texts but not yet receive them. I have just switched and changed my number over to this network. It is now 3 hours since the switch. Is this expected. Thank you. 

I bought the nothing 2 phone and it turns out it's locked so I can't put another SIM inside. This was very frustrating because I was going to Japan and these phones don't have e Sims so I wanted to put another SIM in and currys they told me I couldn't. They said they can't unlock it until my contract ends. My contract has ended can I please have this phone unlocked?

I have 2 accounts with ID Mobile for my 2 sons. Both accounts are in my name and paid for by me, but when I try to add a 2nd number to my account, it says details not recognised.

Hello! I made a new order yesterday here for a SIM only deal. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected esim which is not compatible with my device. I can wait for a new SIM or collect one from Curry's. However, my current Vodafone contract ends tomorrow. My understanding is that unless I use the PAC by tomorrow, the Vodafone contract will roll over for an additional month, which is really not ideal. So, I have submitted my PAC number to ID mobile with the relevant info I have been sent by email (new number temp number, transaction number etc) and selected tomorrow as the transfer date. However, my question is: does this number transfer and reconnection apply even if I haven't yet got the new new card, or do I need to have and activate a new card before this can all happen? I'm content to be out of service for a day or two as long as I know I'm not still connected and charged by vodafone. Sorry for this long winded explanation but if anyone can advise I'd be grateful as it's not clear

iD Mobile There is no ID mobile net work coverage outside .The phone never connects to ID mobile and only  connects to WiFi whem indoors 

For the last 4 days I've not had data within 10 miles of my home (PR6 6P*).  I've checked network status regularly and it has consistently said there is an issue that is being worked on.  When will this be fixed?  

I've had some money troubles so can't pay my bill this month but will be able to clear my bill in may 2025 as I've been awarded limited capability for work and work related tasks....I need my phone to be able to make calls as I suffer from mental health and need to be able to call my mental health hub when I'm really down...I've took 2 overdoses in 6 months so they are my lifeline at the moment.

My daughter’s phone is broken and cannot receive text messages. I want to cancel her plan (I am able to cancel from November). However I can’t do this online or via the app as a text message is sent to the phone and the phone can’t receive text messages. Is there a number I can call or an email address to cancel the plan?

Hey everyone. I bought a phone and gave the pac code from my previous network to keep the number which is due to switch over on Tuesday, I've been given an esim from ID but I am wondering if that needs to be activated before the switch? Thanks! 

Can someone please help. I switched my sim only plan to id mobile last week (with a e-sim). I can make and receive some calls and messages but not all….for some reason I seem to now have a primary, secondary and business line?!?! So some calls are just not coming through and some calls I make just endless it’s from my primary account. Same with messages - for example I cannot reply to certain message from a competition line I used to use. I am also getting random messages from JibeRCS with verification codes. I have no idea why. I tried to “speak” to id- they advised a reset which has made no difference. This is very frustrating 

I have already spoken to the chat bot and tried all their suggestions. I have just purchased a £20 5 day Roaming add on for Turkey and the internet isn't working. How do I get a refund?

I am a little way into my current month. My contract finished a month or two ago but have still been paying the same. On upgrading, it appears I am being charged again for the month, so there’s an overlap where I’m paying twice for the service. Can I avoid this or get a refund on my over payment?

Hi, a bit convoluted but simple in the end - I think. I got a new phone on idmobile with a 100gb SIM. I put the SIM in my old phone and gave it to my daughter as her O2 contract was up. I have my old SIM in my new phone, my contract is up in June and I plan to go for a SIM only upgrade on my contract. Do I will have my new phone with my old number on my new SIM, my daughter will have my old phone with the SIM that came with the new phone.  I hope that kind of makes sense. The issue is, the new SIM is not giving 5g on my old phone only 4g. I know that the phone with an idmobile SIM works 5g as when I was using that phone with my current idmobile SIM it worked fine. Why would the new SIM not give 5g?I've been through all the settings on the phone and they are correct.I’ve also checked for coverage. 

Good evening, I made a one off card payment, of £12.00 on my account but ID have issue the direct debit for this month bill already, and is due to come out tommorow! - as my bill is £12.00 a month! If I let my Direct debit fail! Will ID use my available credit of £12.00 which I have on my account, to pay my bill for this month(November bill)? . When it comes back to them as failed direct debit?
