I have had a few issues with my payments starting when I accidentally didn’t transfer from my monzo enough into my bank that is connected to ID mobile through direct debit. The amount didn’t come out so I immediately paid this the same day when I got the notification. since then, a payment has come out that I wasn’t aware of and my account got suspended until I paid more and the direct debit stopped. I’m unable to set up a new direct debit because it’s saying that I have an outstanding balance even though you can see that I’ve paid the current amount and any more that I could pay would be paid with the direct debit. The reason I missed the payment following on from the first time wasn’t because I didn’t have enough in my account, it was because I didnt realise that the direct debit had stopped so the amounts just didn’t come out as well as me thinking I had already paid that month because the amount came out on the 8th. I have ended my plan for a phone number that i use and that doesnt work anymore and we were sent a final demand notice for a bill to pay for that phone but i cant pay through the automated payment line or through online due to the plan no longer being active. ive been calling people for two days trying to get this bill paid and im being sent in circles. Can anyone help?

When I try to call an Australian number (the international mobile number for myGov +61 1300 169 468) it tells me “Sorry your service does not allow access to this number”. I have international calls enabled and a £10 bill cap.

I can make calls but cannot receive abroad

Upgraded my phone via sales team was told I would receive next day delivery. Haven’t received any email confirmation of when device will be delivered.

It is saying I’m not eligible for upgrade until the 28/02/2025 but that is today and still isn’t giving me an option to upgrade ?

My app is saying renewal due 15 days meaning bill in 15 days but on the billing it’s saying due 30/07/24 but that will mean I have not payed this month can any one help

Since September, some incoming calls just end, no message or anything, just stop. Looking at the call logs, these calls all end after 2 minutes and 5 seconds. It is random, some days it wonts happen, other days it will happen continually until I call the person back, then it does not happen. Only happens on incoming calls. My wife has changed phone and SIM supplier and still it persists when she calls me. Leads me to think the problem is my phone. My phone is an Xiaomi Redmi Note Pro 5G. Any sort of ideas to combat this frustrating issue would be welcome.

I have moved abroad and my IDMobile account is no longer useful. I took the sim out of my phone, and lost it. I have never used an online account, just paid every month and all was fine. I want to cancel the monthly sim plan, but I need an online account - which I can’t set up without a code sent to the sim that I no longer have. How do I cancel? I have already paid for 5 months for something I can’t use.

I am currently in NZ. I have purchased a 10 day roaming add-on from ID Mobile. Roaming is activated both on my Android phone and the ID Mobile app, but I still cannot access data services. When I try to access data, I get a notification saying that I 'may be out of data for Spark NZ (or whichever other network I manually choose)' and am asked to sign in. When I follow the link, I get timed out (because I'm not connected to the internet). Can anyone help me please?

Hello friends :D A few weeks back, I set up direct debit for ID mobile rolling monthly account to try out the service as it seemed to be slightly too cheap to be true. I have been unable to register an online account because the page is broken (and always reads right to left, partially in Hindi for some reason) after trying it on the most recent stable desktop releases of firefox, chrome and brave, as well as the most recent android release of chromium. The SIM card did actually arrive after a couple of weeks, but at this point I have zero intention of using it or ID mobile’s services. I have cancelled my direct debit from the bank end but cannot do anything to cancel my monthly rolling contract with ID because it is not possible to register the online account. ID are now sending mildly threatening emails about harming my credit rating because I cancelled the direct debit. Please could an ID representative advise how to end my contract without access to an online account.

My pac code has expired and I’ve been disconnected I need a new pac code to transfer my number to another provider

Hi community, When I access the app, I can see the two phone numbers on the account, but one is greyed out and I can't select it to access the account for that number The greyed out number was brought from another network by PAC. The number ported fine for phone calls but the test messages and WhatsApp have remained on the original number and not changed. This is causing me all manner of issues. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi. I purchased a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL via contract as the trade in promotional offer seemed a good deal. Unfortunately I had issues with the trade in pre paid pack not arriving and despite chasing up was assured it may be delayed but would arrive. Eventually I was told to put another request through to a different address which I did and around a week later the pack arrived. I sent the device the next day and it showed as delivered a few days later. I then heard nothing for around a week but my trade in device has been sent back to me somehow without any communication. I would like to understand why the device has been sent back to me as apart from some minor scratches near the charge port this is a mint phone. The packaging on the phone has the device condition as working and the device is graded as C which I believe would still be acceptable and in line with the trade in conditions. I’ve just ported my number to ID and signed a 2 year contract but I have no mobile service. The chatbot is useless and there’s no way for me to contact an actual human to resolve this issue. I’ve just transferred from 3 and had no problems with mobile coverage in my area. If this cannot be resolved ASAP I would like to cancel my contract as the customer service here is a joke.
