Number failed to transfer from old network Hi, I have just moved from another network to ID. I used ID for my daughter a few years ago but left after the contract was up due to some iffy customer service issues. I went to ID again to give them the benefit of the doubt but, once again, I have been promised a lot but given little. My number was due to be ported across today, I received an email early morning telling me that this would happen sometime today, no later than 10PM. My old network disconnected me at 11:00am, telling me that the transfer is taking place. Waited until 4PM and contacted Live Chat where I was told that the transfer WAS taking place and this would be completed by 18:00 so I needed to reboot my phone after 18:00. This time went by and nothing happened so I contacted Live Chat again to be told that the transfer has still to be done but would definitely be completed by 22:00. It is now 22:10 and several reboots later, manually inputting APN settings, this still hasn’t worked. I’ve also reset the network setting but all to no avail If anyone could help then this would be appreciated Many thanks Jason
