I’ve had 4 numbers (for myself and various family members) for many years. They were all paid for by me and under my name.I now just have 2 numbers with ID; my wife and daughter.I’ve created a “new” online account successfully, but I can’t add either of their numbers. I’ve tried using name/DOB for me, my wife and my daughter, but it says “details not recognised” in all cases.  Previously I had a separate online logon for each phone number, which was a bit awkward but worked.Sounds like I’m not alone. I recently switched from Lebara to ID Mobile. I use this number for international bank transactions. As part of the transition to my new phone, I need to authenticate my banking apps. This process requires the app to send an SMS for verification, which worked seamlessly with Lebara. However, with ID Mobile, I am encountering errors due to a Sender ID mismatch. This is critical for me, and I need to resolve this issue. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including resetting my mobile device, adjusting network settings, and reinstalling the banking apps, but none of these solutions have worked. Hello,my contract is started in 20 August but yet now showing in my credit files Transunion and Equifax. I contacted them and after checking details said can’t find on data base and most contact you.In Equifax can see hard search from your company. Please help to resolve this issue. best regards.  

Lately ive been having issues with my 4g and 5g. For example I was at a gig and was trying to get my tickets to load on a app but my mobile data wasn't working and needed my daughter to hot spot her ee mobile data and it worked right away this isn't great when you need your mobile date

Hello,My wife and I are both iD customers and she is travelling to see family in Russia soon and passing through Turkey (she’ll be there for a day at most on this journey).She would like to send text messages to me while in Turkey (where she could use her smartphone) and then in Russia (where she will be using an older Nokia phone) because although we can get a “Roaming Beyond” add-on for Turkey, but this is not an option for Russia.So we are wondering how best to go about this please as I find the information on the website confusing?Many thanks,RichardWatt7

As the title states, completed an upgrade via live chat. Email received stating order processed. Payment taken from account (not a pending transaction).Days later, no sign of phone. Spent an hour on live chat to be told my eligibility has expired and I must cancel and reorder. When querying the payment already taken, I'm told to contact Carphone Warehouse?Awful experience.So now I need to start a chargeback with my bank and shop around for a new phone. Anyone thinking of upgrading, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

I got a 120GB data plan with ID mobile, I live in High Wycombe. And when I am outside off my house ( not using Wi-Fi) I don’t have signal at all, no Internet to can download a google page at least.  I just wanted to know if you have any problems with your internet connection and if is going to improve?Otherwise I looking to move to another provider that can offer proper services. At list the basics.  When I checked coverage in my area says is excellent on 4G???  excellent means no service at all??  Thank you! Liliana 

Is my iPhone 16 dual eSIM compatible?  I have bought a different provider eSIM which try’s to install in eSIM 1 which I think is taken by ID Mobile. I just want to install the additional eSIM but not activate it until I travel. Thanks. 

I want to give my child an Apple Watch with cellular for Christmas. Both myself and my husband have iPhones on iD mobile. I know that the network doesn’t have cellular plans for Apple Watch. Better Roaming is the only UK network that supports Apple Watch For Your Kids (Family Setup) not linked to the parent device network but my question is will my/my husband’s phones on iD Mobile allow this to be set up as it looks like some carriers don’t? The upgrade phone has been cancelled. Why am I paying £14.99 pm for a sim only with 10GB of DATA?

I received another reply which goes straight to a 404 error page again. After numerous attempts at getting simple answers. Not one answer received. I want to cancel whatever plan/ contract you moved me to, that I did not agree to. I am now going to be billed £14.99 pm for what is effectively a sim only plan which makes it plain you are charging me for the handset again when it has already been paid off.  Your customer services are dreadful.  The only reply I received sent me to a 404 error page so I have no idea what the reply was.  On my profile it clearly states "no topics raised, no replies given" the only truth there is no replies given. Since I have left EE and switched to ID mobile,  my signal is terrible,  calls cut off randomly and I can't make a call without someone saying I am constantly breaking up. Also voLTE will not work with my samsung A56 

I can't find how to cancel a SIM only contract in the ID mobile app. I've got 2 SIM only contracts (one month) and want to cancel one of them 

I’ve been your customer for 2 years now. At the end of November, I took out an upgrade with you. Unfortunately, the handset was never delivered to me - it went out via DPD on 27 November and I had a delivery window, but it didn’t arrive. After some trouble with the online customer service chat, I got a call from ID Mobile complaints. I was told on 28 November that an investigation had been raised, and that DPD would respond within 7 working days. Since then, I have called the ID Mobile Complaints team 5 times. The 7 working days for the DPD investigation have elapsed, but I’m told DPD haven’t responded so I can’t cancel my upgrade or get a replacement handset. I was told I’d get a call back from an ID Mobile manager yesterday, but that didn’t happen. I’m struggling to feel that anyone is going to help me with this - can you? Or can one of your team contact me to help, as customer service refuse to do anything?

I have had a text to say they have cancelled my direct debit due to 2 failed tries . I know only one try has been done and now I have a email saying I have cancelled direct debit which is wrong as it's still live in my bank account. Live chat just says no one available . In a emergency contacting this company is crap. I only have 1 more month to go till renewal and now I am on restricted services 

I want to cancel the upgrade phone and the contract it's tied to.  After 8 days the phone still hasn't arrived.  Your customer services hung up on me. With no idea of where it is.  I've been fobbed off 3 times now. I expect this will be the forth time.  If I don't get a clear answer this time I will raise a formal complaint with the ombudsman. The letter is ready to be sent by the end of the day.

Was sent a reply to my query, page is 404.  I have no idea what the reply was. Under my profile it shows no topics and no replies.

We have 4 phones with ID mobile, all are saying mobile network is not available and we are unable to use them. The site is saying that the call and service status is normal. Is the Network down? Also, I can’t find a help line number to contact.

It's been 8 days since I ordered a new phone.  DPD texted delivery was the 4th December. DPD never deliver on the first is always "sorry we missed you". Then they sent me a text, delivery for the 5th December. They did try to deliver only to the wrong house. The picture they sent of the house, with a different name, is a ¼ mile from my house and I can see it from my garden. I haven't heard anything since.  By the way. I did contact your customer service. The woman hung up on me because she obviously didn't speak English and couldn't understand what I was telling her.  Please cancel the phone so I can actually get hold of phone without relying on DPD.Alison

How do I transfer my old ID mobile Number onto my new ID SIM card  TIA

At home I have a very weak to no mobile network signal so I use WiFi calling.Unfortunately it seems that if there is even the slightest mobile signal the phone will use that instead of the WiFi and then the other person cannot hear me.If I go into airplane mode with the Wifi enabled then the call is crystal clear.Is this related to the provisioning of the SIM?It happens with multiple phones and I have tried factory reset the phones and using an esim but none of this fixed it. Jim.
