I have a SIM only plan and previous couldn't use  picture messages in normal text messaging because it wasn't included in the plan. I've received a SMS picture message today. (Google text messages).Will this be charged ??

On Black Friday I purchased a new contract. I then cancelled a week later so not charges are due. I called ID to return the handset and this was arranged as per my conversation with someone. I have texts with explanations on how to return the handset.The handset was posted and is now with ID I have proof of delivery by registered post but I have not received a £159 refund and, on top of that, I have been issued a bill while I didn’t use the phone at all. Can someone please explain when I’ll be getting my refund and revoke that bill as this phone was never ever used.I am surprised of how difficult it is to return something to ID and how chaotic it is the whole process.The contract is showing as deactivated in my ID app  but yet I receive a bill and I’m not refunded anything while ID has the handset? 

I have activated a new eSIM on my iPad and it seems to be connecting OK but the phone number wasn’t updated  when I installed the eSIM.Is there a way to do that manually? I can’t set up an account in the ID Mobile app as the verification code is going to the number which is not associated with any device.  When I asked ID Mobile if I could buy the same plan for an iPad as a phone they said yes but updating the cellular number seems to be an issue. I can’t reuse the eSIM. QR code as it can only be used once. Any suggestions?

I have paid my bill why can I not make out going calls?

Since I switched to ID Mobile I hardly receive any calls. The caller says it rings and rings but I don't get a call or missed call on my phone, I get the odd text message that says a missed call and a random number but then I have to search on my phone to see if I recognise that number. I use my phone for business mainly so I have missed a lot of calls from customers. The internet on the phone is hit and miss too, I can be waiting for a couple of minutes for it to load a web page. The issues don’t get any better when I travel around either. The phone is a Galaxy Flip 7. I have spoken to ID Mobile chat 3 times and I have reset my network several times which they suggested and nothing has got any better.Has anyone else had this problem and how have they fixed it or is it best to go to another mobile provider. I was with Vodafone before and didn't have a problem and i believe ID Mobile use that same network?

How comes you throttle the internet when tethering? I've just received your sim today and got the deal because it was a good offer for the amount of data but the internet speed is not even 2mb its unusable. The internet speed on my handset is 70mb but the min i hotspot my laptop its no more then 2mb. So you throttle tethering it seems?

DPD did not email to notify me of a delivery date, nor a missed delivery. Now after days of hunting I have found a tracking number and it says my parcel is on it's way back to Currys. So how do I get my new phone now?? I signed up for the deal to gain cashback offer and the window to claim is due to expire. So frustrating!!!! I can't seem to get anywhere with DPD, just going in circles!

My daughter is in Thailamd. She bought a sim card to use there but when she puts her Id mobile sim back in it is saying no sim card . Help please as she needs to access her banking

Hi I am having trouble activating my sim my phone has been switched off for two months but it stopped working you then sent a e sim and it don’t work 

I have been with id mobile for almost two months and I have also changed my old phone number to it and since then, I have been unable to receive sms from abroad, including from an important international iD I rely on for my passport. We have tried everything but id mobile seems unwilling or unable to fix the issue…do not recommend any more settings change, everything has been tried, can you please just sort it? And please, stop calling during working hours as I can’t answer.

So when I call landlines the call connects we can have a conversation that lasts maybe 1to2 minutes before the other end starts saying...hello I can't hear you, your breaking up. At which point I have to hang up and borrow another phone to call them back. Ive had this with 3 different devices over 3 years now it's not the phones but I.d network..please help it's driving me insane. Plus it's not safe if I have a phone I can only call mobiles on ..if I ever need emergency services.

HiI have two numbers on my mobile one for work one for private. My work one is with ID and the private one is an e-sim with EE. What is the easiest way to transfer the EE number over to ID? I currently have the PAC code from EE

I see quite a few posts about offers of upgrades and not seeing the models people want. It must be difficult for a phone company with hundreds of thousands of customers to know what deals, models, brands each and every individual customer would like to see in their offers list. I am not sure how easy it would be but I had a thought about a solution, what about a flag system? Each customer can mark their top 3 favourite model phones from a list of possible upgrades with an optional free text box, if your favourite phone is not listed, then you choose your ideal price range, for example £40 - £70 per month £0 - £100 upfront cost - whatever. This can be sent as an online request or pinged on the app like 3 months before your plan upgrade date, that way I.D can then plan contract offers based on what you would like as a customer, based on models that are available at the time of your individual plan upgrade. The customer gets more tailored deals

I'm trying to cancel an account set up for an employee who has now left - I have the phone and password but it says name etc doesn't match. Direct Debit cancelled as phone no longer in use or needed

Tried other messages first but not helping me. Have just gone back into phone after a few weeks away and can't get any verification codes, which I desperately need for banking. Same SIM. Tried it in both spaces. Everything else on phone seems to be working. This happened a long time ago and can't remember you resolved it then. Help appreciated.
