Order Number ****Hello, I still haven't received my SIM card for the above order. Also, I am having trouble signing in using my username (email) and password. I have request it to be reset but the email isn't coming through. Louise
I am heading to the carribean. If I want to upgrade my roaming package for the duration, is it the same as USA? There is not an option to upgrade for the Carribean specifically?
My upgrade date is from 1st March 25. I will be on holiday and ideally would like to upgrade a few days early 26th Feb. Is this likely to be possible?

I bought the phone week ago - still got problems with calls - asked keep my old number- outgoing calls are from new number which I received with new SIM card and incoming calls comes to my old number which I asked to keep - very strange - why is like that ?

I did an add on for 10 days for data roaming in South Africa. My daughter landed this morning and is unable to use her phone. Please advise asap or give me a number to call
I am currently in the US and purchased a roaming beyond add on before I left. When I check I can see the data add on on my account and I have used no of the purchased allocation.When i try and use data I get the 4G icon in the top right but I get a warning I may have run out of data and when I click the link it tries to take me to a page saying I have reached my data limit.Have I missed a step in activating my add on? I can't seem to find anything I've missed in the FAQs.
Hi all I've just joined id network I was a bit dubious after reading the bad network reviews but to my surprise I get a better signal than I do with another well known network ! But my question is how long do I get to change my old number to id network is there a time limit to get a pac code from my old network to give to id network ?

In the last few weeks my data connection has been very hit and miss. Constantly dropping in and out.The last week has been worse, even before the storms and now when making or receiving calls the person at the other end only gets every other word! I know I live fairly remotely but it's fast becoming an issue as I use my phone for work purposes too. By the looks of it others have been having similar issues and their queries on any compensation have been avoided in I.Ds replies. Not great I.D
