Hello, where can i find on my account my call and message log history?

I was told my old number would transfer today but It has not happened

I just switched from Lebera to Id 3-4 weeks ago and I have been having non stop issues ever since. I got an eSim to begin with and it wouldn't connect to the network even when but I would have full bars. I know it was covered as my brother is also with Id and he has no problem getting 4g (Most of these issues occurred around the AB postcode areas). I then went through the chatbot at least five times and nothing suggested helped so I got a replacement physical sim. The physical sim works better, but I'm still not satisfied. I get data now if I'm in a 5g covered area but if I'm in a 4g covered area, it very rarely connects, even when my brother is right next to me getting full bars 4g with id. I went through the chatbot again but nothing helped again so im not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Closing an account for someone with dementia. My mother has dementia and can no longer use her phone or email address,  I cannot help her access either of these since she has forgotten all passwords. She is not using the phone,  there are no calls or texts being sent therefore no costs meet. How can I close the account please?

Since I switch my old number to id mobile I have been unable to receive SMS from abroad. This is particularly bad as I have an international spid and I am unable to receive a pin to confirm access to my spid. I tried everything possible but still unable to receive sms from outside the uk (I can send them though). Id mobile has failed to do anything about it (they promised to call 3 times at times when I could be called but they failed to call every single time) so I reported the issue to ofcom and I will inform communications ombudsman about the dispute when it is the right time.

I’ve bought a new phone . Do I need a new eSIM or is there a way to transfer the old one ? I want to keep same number and plan 

id mobil tell me my acount is up and running but when i sing in i get a blank paige,i have altered my pass word still no joy     

I got a new ESIM Iphone set up the eSIM and have everything sorted. I now want to keep my old ID mobile number using a PAC.  But every time I fill it in with the correct information I get an error message (as seen in photo below!) it’s very frustrating as I’m filling everything in correctly!

Hello! I am looking to upgrade to sim only

Number hasn't transferred to new sim. 

I sent a normal text message on Christmas Day to all my friends (50+). For some reason this was sent as a mms and therefore I was charged £28!!! why was this sent as an mms rather than sms

Good morning,  I requested an eSim to be sent to (Information removed) using my mobile phone. (Usingthe instruction given on the ID website. I have checked this morning and there is a message telling me that it has been sent and will arrive in one hour - but that was yesterday.Unfortunately, it has not arrived and I have checked in INBOX and SPAM boxes.  My number is(Information removed)

I had a new Samsung a17 5 day ago, and pac etc to transfer from my old Samsung on an EE out of date contact has still not gone through. I only have a new number presumably from the new id sim. My old phone is still active on the Ee line. My online account says “pending switch request”. It’s taking much longer than the 24 hours! What can I do? 

Does the e sim add on allow phone calls for my trip to Egypt or is it just for data?

(1) I want my device to receive the data I pay id Mobile for every month. (2) I want my money back for the add on I paid for and I want the add on cancelled because once an id Mobile customer pays for an add on, they can’t cancel it  I want it cancelled. (3) I also want 3 months money returned to me for a data I paid for but never received.     

I bought the add on day one after receiving the welcome to Turkey message. Connected to Turkcell and Vodafone TR.  Both show signal, but then I get an exclamation mark ❗ on the signal.  I have a Google Pixel. I then followed the steps to fix it. Checked the APN. Reset network settings but to no avail.  I still get no Internet even though it says it's connected.  I've got 4 more days left.  I doubt it will connect. I think I need a refund.  I roamed in Greece earlier this year and it worked perfectly. 

Hi everyone I need some help. I’m new to this forum. over the last 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to make calls and receive calls. When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same. I know they have cut the 3G network now but not sure if that is the issue we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro any help would be greatly appreciated

How do I get the PIN2 / FDN PIN on my SIM so I can enable Fixed Dialling Numbers

I wish to cancel the payments for a sim I no longer have. I do not want to cancel my direct debit as I have multiple ID sims and do not know which on is which.I cannot find any contact numbers.does anyone have an iseawhat to do,cheers

My ID number is with Smarty. (i ported long ago from ID to smarty).I took pay monthly sim with ID, i want to port back to ID from smarty.I have the message.Hi LLeshi unfortunately we cannot transfer your number from one id account to another id account.But my number is with smarty thanks
